If this organization could receive no stars, that would be a much better fit for these lying and conniving crooks. I am a student at Indiana Tech majoring in Human Resources & Healthcare Administration. December of 2018 I was hired through Apple Tree as their Office Manager, with some of my duties assisting the Human Resources Manager.
This company uses intimidation, fear, and disrespect in regards to how it communicates to its staff. Further, it lacks the empathy and care needed to properly take care of its clients. The owners constantly were focused on wanting to expand the business and go to

Apple Tree did not provide services as ordered by the physician, and put my brother's care "on hold" when the recertification period had ended ( this is illegal). Apple Tree did not request recertification in a timely manner, then lied to me about the date submitted. The recertification request was faxed 1 day before the previous period had ended and it takes 5-7 days for approval. (I contacted Medicaid who informed me of the date submitted.)
