Regular check in is 5 pm - 10 pm; please call for late check-in procedures if you will be arriving after 10:00 pm. Arriving guests may make use of resort amenities prior to regular check-in time after completing registration and obtaining guest credentials. Check out is by 10:00 am. Departing guests may continue to make use of resort amenities for the remainder of the day.
We highly recommend booking boat and jet ski rentals in advance of your stay. Especially over holiday weekends as demand is extremely high. Please also note that Still Waters Resort only rents boats to our guests and rentals are not available to general public. All boats are equipped with regulation equipment to make you legal on Table Rock Lake; Ski Flag, Throw Cushion, Fire Extinguisher, Orange PFD's, whistle and paddle.

The room is great but the only reason why I am giving a poor rating is because of the poor service with the shuttle service to/from SDC. They only have a 15 passenger van and when I called to have them pick us up it was going to be a 50 minute wait to get back to our condo. I love the concept of what they are trying to do but they need another or bigger bus. The driver Mike is a very nice guy but the app that we were told to use doesn't even work. He told us he had 150 people get back at closing. Recommending them not offer this service until they can offer a more efficient service. Also I recommend

Online pics did not match up to expectation! Newly renovated is not true to every room… be careful with this ad. Checked in late, room was not even close to what was expected….it was clean, but old, dark and the beds were horrible! Next morning discussed the issue with the front desk ,they ended up moving us to a nicer room…yep this one was closer to the statement … newly renovated! I asked management to give me a call, I wanted to discuss it further… They never bothered to reach out to me!

This was our second time to stay at Still Waters Resort and both times we were pleased with all the resort had to offer. This time we were completely blown away by the Memory Crew at the resort. I needed to do an impromptu birthday party for my grandson who was turning 4 and Jamie and his team went over and above to make my grandson's day special. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday party if I had months to plan it. Also, the Winter Wonderland activities were a huge hit with all my grandchildren which range from 4-11. I am finally able to rewrite a review after being quite upset for sometime. My husband and I decided to spend our 2nd- 1st honeymoon l/anniversary after 15 years of marriage on a 3 day stay at Stillwater. While they did give us the type of room asked for while making reservations- that's where the staffs hospitality ended. Our condo was very clean & provided the basic necessities needed for a 3 day stay. Plenty of towels. I decided to use a cleaner for the jetted tub to make sure it was in fact clean. Unfortunately that we'll short and it was awfully dirty. We took showers. Our trip was in April

Was skeptical after reading reviews, but I'm completely satisfied. On arrival check in was fast and simple . You are given a map of property with locations and activities itinerary. Plenty of pools and water activities for kids or the kids at heart. Wrist bands to attend activities on the resort. Building K 4th floor with view of lake. On entry full kitchen with stackable washer & dryer. 3 bedroom with 3 full baths and electric fireplace . Dining table that sits 6 and a bar that sits 4 . We stayed here in early November and it was stunning, as the trees were changing colors! Gorgeous views from every direction. Our room was absolutely perfect- it was a luxury one bedroom overlooking the lake. We had deer outside our patio one morning while there. The staff was above and beyond friendly. Shuttle service to Silver Dollar City was top notch! Would highly recommend this place. Do plan to bring your own shampoo and soap.
Also would highly recommend the pizza world restaurant on site. Just grab a pizza to go- it’s delicious!

Room had a beautiful view of the lake. Room left a lot to be desired. Rug was stained and dirty. Couldn't cook in the room as there was no exhaust vent and cooking set the smoke alarms off. No ice maker or ice trays in refrigerator. Check in time at 5 is extremely inconvenient. Taco truck has never been open when we have been there even though the hours posted said it should be. I have been staying there for the last three years and it was a very nice place to stay 3 years ago, but it seems to be getting run down. Won't be back.

I really like it there. Condo was lovely. Did have to sit through a timeshare meeting but it didn’t last nearly as long as I thought and they weren’t pushy. They did offer some awesome deals but it’s just not for me.
Close to silver dollar city. My only real complaint is you can hear upstairs neighbors when they get ready in the morning and get ready for bed but it’s not the worst. Awesome balcony with river view and hot tub and pool nearby. Absolutely suggest it to any family who wants a fun get away. 👏🏻👏🏻

The room was disappointing. We expected a clean room to check into but there was pizza sauce on the bathroom door, hairbands on the floor, dirty pillow sham covers. Very disappointing. When I voiced my experience to a manager at the front desk upon checkout, I felt rushed, there was no apology. Just a dismissive "thanks for letting me know". Not sure we will be back based on this.

Stayed here from the 24th thru the 25th of Aug. The place is really for people who are going to be on the lake or going to Silver Dollar City, not for people wanting to do things in town. The room we stayed in was your standard room, the walls are really thin could hear everything going on in the room above us. We did get a good price for the stay, just wasn't what we thought, we believed it was closer to town. Also do not try to check out early or they will tell you that you'll be charged for the rest of your stay if they can't rebook your room. The guest service representative

We enjoyed our stay at Still Waters Resort. For the price, I felt like we got a lot of value out of the stay. Our condo was clean and roomy. The main pool was a blast for the kids. We tried Pizza World and thought it was pretty good and super convenient. We rented a golf cart during our stay, though you wouldn't necessarily need that to take advantage of the amenities. The marina access w/ kayaks, aqua cycles, and fishing was great! Super close to Silver Dollar City. Happy with the experience!

Let me start by saying our family had a great time. Our room was newly remodeled and nice. They did a great job with it. Not sure if the rest of the rooms look the same but we were impressed with ours. With that said, our room was a bit dirty. There were cobb webs between windows and blinds, our bare feet became dirty after walking on the tile etc. Our bedroom TV didn't work properly (cable wasn't hooked up), and we couldn't find the remote to the outside TV that was in the screened in porch. My uncle and his family do a yearly trip. This year I was fortunate to attend with my boy friend. We traveled from Miami,Fl and drove from Kansas City. It's about a 3hr drive from Kansas to Branson.our group was about 20 people with a variety of ages from infant to grandparents. Our group reserved the lake house and 4 hotel/condos. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and was clean on our arrival. The room is basic but functional. There is no cleaning service during the stay (as advertised) and this ended up being frustrating as we took out the trash, exchanged towels and linens, and cleaned our own room each day. Sad, old, and dirty. This place has an excellent marketing department. Their adds, website, and billboards are very appealing. But don't be fooled and don't go to Still Waters Resort unless you like: full body tattoos (as many of your fellow guests do...), smoking all over the property, worn out furniture, stale, smelly condos, dirty carpet, and many offensive experiences too numerous to name. I guess $400 per night won't buy much anymore. Oh...and did I mention place is DIRTY! In my opinion avoid Branson all together... but if you must go, find another place to stay.

Our family has stayed at Stillwater's multiple times in the past 3 years, both in summer and winter. We absolutely love it and never want to go back home when the time is over. I'm a coffee lover, so the quiet morning walk to the coffee shop + an iced oasis is how I start my days there. There's also a taco truck, pizza place and pool bar. They have putt putt golf, 3 great pools and hot tubs- each at a different level- one mainly for relaxing (no slides), one with a slide and another with a zero entry, waterfall, big slide and the pool bar. Our family so enjoyed our recent stay at still waters, we stayed in a lakefront cabin and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Even our teenager joined in the fun, the nine and 12 year old fished underneath the cover dock and were not even mad about the rain :-)

To start, Mike, Josh, Brittney, and the young lady at the front desk from Rockford, Illinois were the only decent employees of Still Water Resort.
The reason I only give this resort one star, is because of the way I was treated upon my departure, The way I was treated when I called to inform the front desk of the pest that were in our room, And the fact that I had to get the police involved to resolve an issue.

As soon as he heard we weren't interested in his 30min visit to the rain forest he was extremely short with us. We booked a quick get-away at Still Waters to spend a few days in Branson with our children. It was fine for what we needed, but there are certainly many improvements that can be made. First, every man should use the resorts photographer! The pools, resort, rooms, etc. are MUCH smaller than they appear in the pictures. Secondly, the carpets, bedding, windows, window treatments can all use a DEEP cleaning/replacement. We had a standard room. The kitchen was fine for what we needed. The oven is very narrow but deep enough for a casserole dish. The only thing provided in the rooms are dishwasher

This is my family's 12th consecutive summer trip, having booked 3-4 condos per year every single year -- over $100,000 in revenue for Still Waters resort. We have prepaid thousands of dollars, 12 months in advance, each year for a guarantee on the condo location/proximity, not to mention boat rentals and other ancillary revenue with each and every trip.

Stayed here for a couple of days. Simple decor in the rooms. Ours was clean inside and with covid we had to go get our own fresh towels and sheets, just like anywhere else these days. Walls are thin between the units. Really enjoyed the pool and the aquatics group at the boat was awesome. Boat and jet ski rentals are reasonable. There are two food trucks within walking distance along with a pizza place across the street from them.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly.
Rooms are clean and updated, have everything you need it.
Area is peaceful and away from everything but still close if you need anything to just hop over to Branson West but if you do it right you can have a great vacation and never have to leave the grounds here.

This is a late post. Stayed here in early April. Was greeted by Thomas with a big smile and very professional. We were handed over to Jackie, who showed us the sites on the map. Very helpful lady as well. We got the 1 bedroom with whirlpool bath and fireplace. Had a nice view of the lake from J building. First impression of the room was very nice. Turns out we could have gotten a $150 credit had we gone to the timeshare presentation making the room for 2 nights only $50 but we didn't find it necessary to waste anyone's time going to something we weren't interested in just to save a lot of money, it was worth it and my boyfriend didn't want to take the chance of me being talked into anything! Unsatisfactory. Unsanitary. Overpriced. Poor customer service. Our entry way was flooded, our pillows were STILL dirty with make up smudges and were soaked. Upon further investigation, I found soiled sheets, complete with little black curly hairs. I had the room service lady come in, she kept telling me it was a chemical they put on the sheets.
