What is Physical Therapy? Physical therapists help patients regain function in their daily lives. Physical therapy is also a highly effective alternative to prescription medication and surgery for many conditions. PTs commonly work with patients to alleviate pain correlated with the neck, shoulders, lower back, and knees in addition to providing low cost options for the treatment of chronic conditions.

I was referred to this place by my doctor, and made an appointment over a week in advance. They waited until I showed up for my appointment to inform me that they don't accept my insurance. Apparently they didn't check on that until the morning of. And didn't think maybe it would be a good idea to let me know before I drove down there for nothing. I expected more professionalism from a place with such a high rating. Instead all I got was disappointment.

I am lowering their score based on my last visit where Brandon decided my copay would be $20 rather than $15 like I thought. I checked and I am right. My copay is $15. My appointment was also shorter than usual with none of what I am used to when I get physical therapy there. This place was good a few years ago, but I wouldn't recommend them now.
