Tom is a native of Illinois, and grew up in the small suburb of Naperville, Chicago. He attended Midwestern University in Downers, Illinois and displayed his leadership abilities as President of his physical therapy class and of the College of Health Sciences. Tom also received the Midwestern Community Service Award while completing his degree.

Amazing people and great results! I was diagnosed with a bulging disk and radiculopathy and could barely walk when I started physical therapy with Above and Beyond. From the front desk to the entire staff, the people there are kind, thoughtful and knowledgable. They listened to me and responded to my every concern. I want to give a big shout out to Above and Beyond Physical Therapy. They are the very best and I highly recommend them for all your Physical Therapy needs. Thank you Shelby and Connor for being the very best. I had hip replacement surgery on May 31st and I’m pain free in that hip. Shelby reassured me that I would be pain free in that hip and she was 100% correct.

Tommy Long and his team at Above and Beyond are truly amazing! I tore a quad muscle and could barely walk. Within 2 weeks he hade walking without a limp and at the end of 3 weeks, I was doing a light jog! Incredible. Not only that, their office is a friendly, clean, and professional environment that makes you feel like family. Thank you Above and Beyond, you are true to your name! After 3 foot surgeries in 2020, my poor feet were in need of some serious attention to regain may footing. My surgical team referred me to two physical therapy centers near me, and did I make the perfect choice selecting Above & Beyond Physical Therapy.
