My massage is goal oriented with a focus on treatment work. I use my skills to ensure we treat your body while also leaving you relaxed. My hands on skills are based in deep tissue, neuromuscular techniques, and stretching.
I utilize IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) tools like cupping, gua sha, and massage percussion devices, because they not only make a much larger difference in the tissue results but also make the work easier for your body allowing me to go deeper than with just my hands.Your session starts off with a quick intake to determine what your goals are.

He made my massage unique for my needs and it was 10 times better than I even expected! Now that I am fully healed from back surgery, he has been great at breaking down scar tissue and allowing my body to move easier with less pain! I couldn't believe how much relief I got after only one session! I had never had intraoral work done.
A 90 minute treatment session is great for a full body session or in depth work on specific areas of the body. A 120 minute treatment session is perfect for being able to work on the whole body and/or highly specific work. My Treatment packages allow clients to schedule their sessions at a lower cost per treatment.
If you're coming for treatment work I strongly recommend arriving in workout attire. This is because P-DTR and NKT are best done with clothes that don't restrict movement or have thick fabric for receptor engagement. For the hands-on portion of a massage feel free to undress to your level of comfort.
The Biomat is a natural heating pad that converts electricity through a control panel into FIR (Far Infrared), sometimes considered nature's invisible light. It reduces pain and swelling while increasing blood flow and reducing stress by increasing the secretion of serotonin. The Biomat produces negative ions which energize the cell and deliver a massage at the molecular level.

Five stars doesn't even begin to cover it.
I've been seeing Tayler for three months, and he's done more for me in those sessions than any sports medicine doctor, PT or other specialist has done in YEARS. I've dealt with chronic hip issues for five years, and have been an athlete my whole life and sustained many injuries or "traumas" as Tayler calls them. I originally scheduled an appointment for deep tissue massage completely oblivious to his other offerings. I ended up leaving that first appointment also getting gua sha, cupping and (the most life changing) P-DTR

I have had a few sessions with Tayler from Level Up. I've settled on 90 minutes as a good amount of time to have some significant body and nerve (neurological) work done, and a little time for some relaxation massage, as well. Tayler is extremely communicative during each session and works to make sure my health, fitness, and mobility goals are being attained immediately and considering the long term.
Also, I had cupping done for the first time with Tayler and found cupping a more lasting solution to some of the tension I carry in my back and shoulders!

I recently had a massage session with Tayler where he was using proprioceptive deep tendon techniques on me. To a person without much anatomical knowledge, these words may not mean a lot. What is helpful to know is that the work was simple and comfortable, and didn't require me to disrobe at all. It was painless, and most importantly it is incredibly effective. I have had three separate instances of neck trauma which have caused me years of chronic issues, including persistent headaches. At the time that I saw Tayler I had been on the 4th day of consecutive headaches which were causing me a lot

Tayler was great! I've been to a few massages over the years but never had an experience that would make me want to go back. With Tayler that's changed, I will be going back. He took extra time and care trying to troubleshoot a pain I was having in my lower back today from a herniated disc I've had for about 8 years now. I left with literally zero pain. I've been to others and always still left with pain. He used multiple techniques during my 90 minute massage (cupping, soft tissue, P-DTR and something I don't remember what it was called). I feel great.

I cannot say enough good things about Tayler! He is very kind, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping his clients achieve results. His facility is always clean, tidy, and welcoming. I always leave feeling so relaxed and free from tension.
I work at a desk, and carry the majority of my tension in my neck and shoulders. In an effort to seek relief from chronic migraines that I was experiencing, I started seeing Tayler in 2018. After receiving a handful of regular monthly deep tissue massages, the frequency of my migraines decreased significantly, and my range of motion

So first off, Taylor is awesome! He's very friendly and professional during our sessions. He communicates with you to find out what exactly it is that you want in a session, answering any questions you may have along the way. He's also extremely dedicated to improving his craft. I've had 2 treatments with him so far which included intraoral massage, cupping, deep tissue and gua sha. I've seen cupping on TV and always wanted to try it and I was not disappointed! I also have a lot of upper body tension, including issues with clenching that cause me to have tension headaches. The first round of intraoral

I have had three sessions with Tayler and each one has incorporated a variety of modalities - cupping, fascia scraping / gua sha, CBD oil, deep tissue massage, and heat application. Tayler listens intently to what you're seeking and asks a lot of questions to understand issues, pain, lack of mobility, etc. He also takes the time to confirm what I've said and explain what he thinks is going on and how he wants to treat the particular problem. Tayler continues to gain new skills and further his toolkit which demonstrates his commitment and professionalism. I feel like my sessions are completely tailored

Look no further.
I don’t usually leave reviews but Tayler is the man. It’s fortunate to meet someone that will caters their practice to your needs, and he does it in spades while educating you on why. Highly, highly recommend.
I’m a former athlete that has trouble with back, shoulder, and hip problems. Even after my first session I feel fantastic. It’s close in Queen Anne and impossible to beat in terms of quality.
Be upfront about your needs and body, he’ll tailor it just for you.

Taylor is very professional and really wants to help you with whatever issue/pain/discomfort you are having. I've seen him for a few months now and am happy every time. His approach is wholistic in the sense that he wants to know your goals, things you do to help with your pain outside of massage, etc. It isn't a cookie cutter experience. Last time I tried the intraoral massage for the first time and it was really impressive how relaxed my whole jaw/neck area felt afterward. Definitely a different feeling than your normal massage, but worth it if you're having jaw issues!

I work in dentistry, and am constantly putting strain on my body, particularly my neck, back, and wrists. Pre-COVID, I used to be a regular every-two-week massage client, but I had let many months lapse and finally decided to go see Tayler at Level Up Massage.
First off, working in health care, I am very observant of COVID precautions and practices and Tayler made me feel very safe. Secondly, I was so impressed with his wide range of massage techniques. He used a combination of cupping, Gua Sha, and deep tissue techniques for my 90-minute massage, and made me feel like a whole new person.

Skilled. Professional. Courteous. Tayler worked magic on my shoulders today. I’m an acrobat that does handbalancing and partner acrobatics. My day job requires a lot of writing and computer work. Between the two, my shoulders are always tight. When I practice handstands, I’m often limited by pinching in the rotator cuff and poor alignment. Tayler was able to loosen up my chronically tight rotator cuffs, traps and pecs in under 30 minutes (total). Such an incredible session. Before and after photos of the left shoulder are attached.

I've been dealing with some intense shoulder issues, and Tayler's massages have been such a huge help. He has great healing energy, and is very enthusiastic about his work. The cupping and gua sha techniques and tools that he uses in a very customized way for me seem to be accelerating my healing. After a 90-minute massage with Tayler, I'm always very relaxed and hopeful that my body is on its way to full recovery. I would highly recommend Level Up Massage!

I'm a BJJ practitioner and have a lot of nagging injuries - I'm always looking for a reasonably priced massage therapist for regular maintenance. Tayler has been able to help treat a glute-hip-knee issue I've had for the past 2 years in just a few sessions. I definitely plan on working with Tayler in the future.

Tayler provided an even better customer experience than I could have hoped for! I went in with a stubborn muscular back injury, hoping that Tayler could help relax it. The massage and cupping he gave was intense in a great way, not only relaxing the injury but also releasing some of the surrounding muscles that were making the injury so stubborn and difficult to heal. A few days after the massage, my overall soreness was down drastically, range and ease of motion was up, and and I was on my way to recovery!
I have since seen Tayler with joint stiffness and pain that we is able to immediately relieve

Tayler was awesome! 10/10 absolutely recommend. The cupping was my favorite part! I could feel the tension release right away. I told him what I was experiencing (soreness in my pecs & numbness in my left arm) and not only did he thoroughly massage + cup those areas effectively, but he also massaged + cupped the area that he believed to be the source of the problem, and boy, let me tell you, that's when the real magic happened! I didn't even know that those areas were bothering me, and that's when I felt the most change/effect.
