Shannon Barghahn took over our account about a year and a half ago when I needed to change agencies. She stays in touch, answers questions, keeps us up to date, and has saved us money. She has been willing to research insurance questions for us even when we both knew it was not something which would result in a sale. I have had my company's E&O insurance through Insurance Services Agency of Gun Lake since I started it almost 3 years ago. Shannon Barghahn is always available to answer any questions I have. She not only stays in touch at renewal time but checks in to see if anything has changed that we may need to add coverage to stay protected or remove unnecessary coverage to save money. I have been with Shannon Barghahn since I moved to Michigan 6 years ago. She has handled everything for me, Home, Auto, Boat, Skis, Rentals just everything.
She is always on top of things and always making sure I am getting the best deal.

Shannon Barghahn! Our new "Go To" Girl ! She was referred to us about a year and a half ago and she is a keeper!
Explained everything we wanted to know, provided several options, pros and cons... this girl know her stuff~! Replies quickly, searches all options... just a really great agent. Can't imagine putting ourselves in anyone else's hands for any and all of our medical/medicare insurance needs!
