What sets us apart from other physical therapy clinics is our one-on-one, individualized, holistic approach where you are the sole focus of your sessions.

Your treatments are provided by licensed physical, occupational and hand therapists. We do not have PT aides or assistants, rest assured your therapist will be with you for the entirety of your care. This place is honestly the best! I have a back issue and was originally going somewhere else for PT, let me tell you Cynergy is above and beyond anywhere I have been.

My experience with Cynergy PT was fantastic. I worked with Aaron Lentz and he was very professional, yet approachable and attentive. He clearly explained the recovery process for my Achilles injury, and the PT sessions progressed very smoothly. I have since (nearly) fully recovered, and the progress of my recovery greatly exceeded my original expectations. I've also learned more about how to take care of injuries in the future, and how to manage pain through stretches and exercises. Very happy with my experience; I would highly recommend this clinic!

My doctor had recommended three different Physical Therapy offices and because I wasn't familiar with any of them, I physically went walked into each office to choose which was best for me. From the get-go Cynergy was the most approachable, the most forthcoming regarding the cost and yes, the friendliest.
By luck of the draw, my PT was Aaron Lentz. I was recovering from a broken foot and Aaron worked with me to develop a program to heal properly. My doctor was thrilled with my progress.
Fast forward to months later, I was diagnosed with a fractured clavicle and osteoporosis and after

I had a great experience with Cynergy. The front desk staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with appointments and insurance. My main therapist was Lindita. She was fantastic! She had the perfect balance of caution (to make sure I didn't re-injure myself) and encouragement (to give me the confidence to do more than I thought I could). She also listened to me so that as I progressed, we were addressing any minor issues I was feeling in doing my home exercises and daily life. She is genius at finding that spot that is the source of the pain and then showing you how to slightly

I had a fantastically successful experience working with Aaron at Cynergy. A year ago at the end of May 2020 I fell against my bike in my building and had a complete tear of my rotator cuff that limited my arm mobility/movement. I couldn't even see a recommended orthopedic surgeon until October to determine what was needed. And so I worked with Aaron over the course of the summer to keep my mobility and strength as good as it could be. This was critical, leading up to the surgery I had in mid-November. Then after 6 weeks of recovery, i began working again with Aaron post surgery in 2021

For years---years!---my shoulder was giving me problems. It was not a big thing, but it kept getting worse. I mean, I couldn't lift my damn left arm without it hurting. Arthritis, said the doc.

Fortunately I opted for physical therapy and not drugs, and I came here and was assigned Lindita. She is a skilled and dedicated PT who knew exactly the kind of stretches and exercises that were needed to deal with this sticky situation. It took a few sessions, as I'd neglected my shoulder terribly. But now it's pretty much back to normal. What I liked about her approach is that she showed

I started therapy on 12/28- I had severe pain in my left leg and could barely walk or sit, most of the day I was standing. I went for physical therapy and was assigned Lin in the Chelsea office. After two sessions, she identified my problem and immediately started exercises to alleviate my pain. After four sessions, I was much better, but still experiencing pain walking and sitting. Lin kept telling me to do the exercises at home. She was determined to totally alleviate my pain, but reminded me that it takes time. After 15 sessions, I can finally walk and sit with no pain. She is a motivator and

Such an amazing experience at Cynergy. Started with virtual sessions in April and transitioned to in-person. Supportive staff, great facility, and my therapist Lindita is the best!!! When everything shut down a week after shoulder surgery in March - she supported me virtually through pain, stretching, and motivating me to keep working. Thank you Lindita & Cynergy staff!

Aaron Lentz is AMAZING!!!
He listens, knows his stuff, and is so kind while still being firm. Plus, he has an incredibly sharp eye for the smallest lingering weakness or misalignment - and knows how to correct for it! Attention to the small details of my recovery got me better than before this crazy injury of mine!!
Another winner to add to the great Cynergy staff!!!

I highly recommend Lindita and the Cynergy PT team.
I was on my third physical therapist and well into months of therapy that was ineffective and leaving me still in pain and with very limited mobility. I came into Cynergy and found Lindita who worked methodically and with purpose around my back pain and, while slow, progress was made. She was patient, truly listened to both me and my body and it was this work that allowed for true progress. Further, going from in person sessions to the zoom sessions were seamless and kept me and my back on track. Thanks Lindita and the Cynergy team for their

I never thought I'd find myself evangelizing about physical therapy. But after working with Lindita Ismaili for nearly a year, here we are. I recommend her to anyone I encounter who even whispers inwardly of bodily pain/discomfort. It's weird.

I dislocated my shoulder in an accident and needed surgery. Lindita prepared me for my procedure and got me on track to restoring my strength and mobility. She has continually impressed me with her knowledge, creativity, and commitment to her clients. During a critical part of my recovery, Covid-19 hit and NYC suddenly shut down, including PT.

Lindita is the best physical therapist I've ever had. Lindita literally changed my life. I came in with some intense pain in my foot on top of general daily pain I had been experiencing due to plantar fasciitis. In the first month, the intense pain had subsided, and in less than 3 months, I was pain free. I had been to PT in the past and received a lot of massages that helped for a day or two, but no one was able to help me in such a sustainable way. Lindita taught me so much about why I was experiencing pain and what I could do to alleviate the pain on my own.

Lindita is brilliant, creative

I can't begin to explain how incredible Shereen at Cynergy Chelsea is. I've had neck and shoulder pain for the past 15+ years and have seen multiple chiropractors, PTs and pain management doctors.

Shereen is the only person who's been able to make improvement with my pain and muscle tightness. I'm not at 100% yet and there's still more work to do, but I saw an immediate difference with her.

She uses counterstrain work to release the muscles. In addition to her expertise, Shereen is a pleasure to be around: warm, thoughtful, positive.

Can't recommend her enough

The staff was always professional and friendly, as well as accommodating regarding scheduling. I did my physical therapy with Aaron, who tailored and adjusted the PT regimen based on my needs and progress. He was attentive and thoughtful as well as always professional. The results were also great and I am well on my way back to a rigorous running schedule.

Cynergy PT is great! I worked with Aaron, and he was very professional and a super nice guy. He knew exactly how much to push me and when. The routine he had me doing showed noticeable improvement even after just a few sessions. My knee will never be perfect again, but it feels better now than it has in several years. They also helped me gain the knowledge for myself to keep it in good shape. The rest of the staff is amazing too, and really helped clearly communicate all the insurance hurdles and seamlessly handled the transition into this crazy pandemic situation. I highly recommend Cynergy PT

Walk in and immediately you are greeted by welcoming faces. This is a wonderful facility. Not only are they knowledgeable about the body, but they are personable, warm and caring. I have been to other physical therapy places in the city and this is the best wxperience I've had. Aaron is gentle and also pushes you through to get
strong. A "family" environment.

In September, 2019 I had a total knee replacement. By October I was ready for physical therapy. I chose Cynergy Physical Therapy. It was only 3 blocks away from home. The venue was clean and spacious. Lindita was my therapist. She guided me through the worst of it. Yes, there was great pain. But, Lindita was always pleasant and positive. Despite my complaints, Lindita was always patient and had a smile for me. So, little by little I improved. It's 4 months later. Now, I can climb stairs and walk like I used to. All due to Lindita.

Chivonne at Cynergy Physical Therapy saved my life. A long story short - I've had five knee surgeries. My first at about 12. It's been a life filled with pain and lots of PTs. So I know a great PT from a good and bad one. Chivonne is a GREAT PT.

During our sessions she taught me as much as she treated me. I'm more informed about my condition and what I can do to improve. Chivonne also referred me to an amazing surgeon at HSS so I can finally have a procedure to be pain free hopefully for life. I'm 32 and was on the path for a knee replacement - not anymore. I came in for a foot injury and worked with Aaron, who was very attentive and always answered all of my questions. He gave context to everything he did and explained the reasoning behind my treatments. It was great to get personalized, 1:1 care. Lindita was also always there to lend a helping hand and give her advice. It was so nice to feel like the staff would go above and beyond for my health and really cared about me. My injury is completely healed.

Their front desk staff is also the best - they are so helpful and friendly. From everything like insurance to scheduling, they make things so easy
