Services
A home inspection is one of most pivotal stages of the home buying or selling process. But Bruce Graham, owner and operator of Bungalows to Mansions Professional Inspection Services LLC, believes that it's one of the best things you can do for your house, whether you're buying, selling, or just looking to keep it well-maintained.
A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property (as delineated below), performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector.
At Bungalows To Mansions we are your one stop shop for home inspection services in Gainesville, Florida. Some home inspectors offer a variety of services but few offer or cover as much as Bungalows To Mansions does. Our customers tell the tale if you read our reviews you will feel confident that Bungalows To Mansions is your best choice for a home inspector in Gainesville, Florida.
Our Gainesville residential inspections are comprised of either a buyers home inspection, a sellers home inspection or a maintenance inspection in the Gainesville area of Florida. Regardless of the type of inspection you will require we can provide you with the home inspection services that you will need.
Buying a home? The process can be stressful. A home inspection is supposed to give you peace of mind, but often has the opposite effect. You will be asked to absorb a lot of information in a short time. This often includes a written report, a checklist, photographs, environmental reports, and what the inspector himself says during the inspection.

Bruce was extremely thorough, efficient, and quick to get us the report for a home we wanted to purchase. Not only was he extremely professional but super personable, made the inspection experience less scary for a first time home buyer like me, and gave us excellent feedback and ideas. I really appreciate this company and Bruce’s work ethic! Will call them again in the future for any other inspections.

This home inspection company was hired by buyers on a property I was selling in Lake City FL. The inspection report came back with two instances where the inspector, Bruce Graham III, cited "chinese drywall" in my home. The first instance was copper oxide formed on electrical connections. The second instance was some corrosion on the ALUMINUM fins of the evaporator coil on a 7 year old AC unit which by the inspectors own admission was functioning as it should with a delta T of 22.9.
I will concede that the copper oxide on the electrical conductors is one of the indicators of "chinese drywall"

Bruce is very thorough and helpful! A good decision all around.
We were recently interested in purchasing a property, we had Bruce inspect it and found signs that indicated potential defective drywall in the home. This was also suspected by an inspector who had seen the home in 2019. We asked the seller to do a chemical test of some of the walls, which they refused, so we cancelled our offer as we had no definitive way of knowing whether it was defective drywall or not besides the sellers word, which for a home that could need an immense amount of work is something we weren't willing to take at
