Will Greenwood's attention to detail is exemplary. I was unable to be at the inspection due to the pandemic but Will walked through his report line by line explaining what he found and his recommended course of action to correct the issues he found. He was responsive to my texts and emails and communicated accurately on what to expect in his report and when to expect it. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented home inspector.

Will did a really great job to our new home. We hired Will to do pre dry wall inspection and fianl walk though in Skobel Homes Gainesville FL. He always shows up on time and sends report in time. He came back free for us to check whether everything has been fixed on his report. And he is very professional. He weared face mask and shoe clothes every time he was there. He help us communicate with the builder as well. He even provide ways to fix probems he finds out. He also helped builder fixed one item for our new house during his reinspection today! We definitely love him! We will hire him to do

Will was prompt, efficient, professional, friendly and extremely thorough! We would recommend his company and services for anyone needing a home inspection. As a home buyer there is always that worry that you may be buying something with defects that you cant see or are not aware of. Will was very thorough, walking through and pointing out issues to my husband and making recommendations as to how to easily fix some. The report he gave was extensive with pictures, concisely laid out and made so that we could submit them to our builder. I know now that my house is solidly built as he also pointed out the positives, and that any issues should be fixable. He will come back to do a re-inspection which adds to my relief.

I would recommend Mr. Greenwood for anyone's property inspection. He is not only on time but was early to the appointment time. He was professional. Reviewed the major details in person and his reports are extremely detailed. He is very responsive to emails and even the silliest of questions you could have, he answers with professionalism. It has been a pleasure working with Will! The home buying process has been more stressful than anticipated, but I could always rely on Will for responsive, professional service. He was very careful and identified a couple of defects for the new construction I am purchasing, and some of which were easy to be overlooked.

Will was so great! He did a fantastic job inspecting our home that we were getting ready to sell, we called him again to do the one we bought as well! He was thorough and detailed, letting us know several things we should have looked at and corrected before selling our home which helped us get an offer in 48 hours of listing! Will was also wonderful when he inspected our new home! He provided insurance documents we needed and also came back to do our final walk-through with us for free to make sure nothing changed! We are so happy with our home, we recommend him to everyone we know!
