Services
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards.
Teresa Conley, D.D.S., P.A. is truly a dentist that understands the needs of our community's families. A 1994 graduate of West Virginia University's School of Dentistry and a dentist in the United States Navy from 1994 to 1997, Dr. Conley has been in private practice in Swansboro since 1997.

She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Seattle Study Club, North Carolina Dental Society and Onslow County Dental Society.Dr. Conley continually educates herself and her staff in the most cutting edge techniques. Her family vacationed for 20 years on Emerald Isle and she worked summers in her father's dental practice growing up and wanted to follow in his footsteps.
Keeping our teeth their whitest is a lot harder than it sounds. With all the coffee, wine, smoking and other foods that have the ability to stain our teeth on a daily basis, even proper maintenance sometimes leaves them a little lackluster. Teeth whitening is an excellent way to restore the natural color of your teeth or even make them whiter than your natural color if you would like.
Veneers are an excellent way to redesign and reshape your entire mouth. Veneers are a very thin ceramic shell that covers your existing tooth structure. In placing these new veneers on your teeth, you are able to fix the look of issues such as staining, cracked teeth, spaces, misaligned teeth, chipped teeth and many other issues.
Bonding is a popular method to enhance the aesthetics of your smile. Bonding can be used to correct cracks or gaps in teeth, as a filling after a cavity has been removed, or to cover up stains or discolored teeth. A composite resin is used on the affected tooth or teeth. It is molded and sculpted over an adhesive gel that is placed on the tooth.

They are sloppy and rush fillings. I've had continuous problems with pain and having to go back and get their work fixed and today one of my fillings ended up falling out.

I took my 8 yr old here and they were great. Easy, seamless covid prevention, fast appointment and treated my daughter well, explaining all of what was being done. I have a appointment for my 3 yr old next week.
Edit***
I took my almost 4 year old yesterday and they were again, fantastic! Patient and sweet with him. This is the first time my kids have been to a dentist that is not a special "kids" dentist and I'm completely satisfied that they were well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff <3

I have been going to Dr. Conley for over 4 years. She has done a great job with both my son and myself as our primary dentist. Her office accepts United Concordia dental insurance for military families, I rarely ever have to wait to be seen and her staff is exceptionally nice. Highly recommended.

Why be a Dentist for "the entire family" if you cannot tolerate kids being kids? Today the office manager was very rude to a customer because her very young child was having a tantrum. This woman was doing good job handling it, in my opinion. The office manager went on to tell her she was doing everything "wrong" and would not stop going on and on about how she should be parenting her child, that the child was being disruptive to the office, etc.. The office manager mentioned she's a military spouse so she knows how it is, she must not have kids to say a thing like that

She's good! My son loves going there because of the fact that there is a play area in the waiting room. The staff is courteous and kind and very much in tune with the patients there. I went in when I had mentioned to them about how badly my tooth was hurting and in pain and that following afternoon, I was in there to get prescriptions to deal with my pain until the dental surgeon was able to completely remove my tooth. Dr. Conley knew that I was in pain and very carefully looked at the tooth without hurting it, or anywhere else in my mouth, and even took the time to answer any questions that
