Services
Holly has been in dentistry since 1993 and with Dr. Coates since 2009. She continued her assisting education by receiving her certifications in radiography and coronal polishing. She loves seeing the new smile of patients who have never felt comfortable with the appearance of their teeth. She is thrilled to spend her days changing lives, one person and one smile at a time.
Dentistry has proved to be immensely satisfying, whether I am giving a smile back to someone that hasn't smiled in years or treating a medically compromised patient, knowing that treating their oral disease will improve their overall health outcome. This place is amazing! Super friendly, super informative, incredible work! There's no judgement, they are so willing to help you out and help you understand what it is they see with your teeth, what they would like to do, and how that works.
After about 10 years of just silently dealing with my bad teeth, due to untreated depression while a teenager, they have worked with me in balancing my insurance(United Concordia) and co-pay to make sure I get the treatment I need. I'm so happy I found this place.

I am someone that had a horrible experience at the dentist when I was a child that scarred me terribly. The staff is very understanding of my past experience. They do not shame me for having poor teeth due to me avoiding dentists at all costs my whole life (I'm 53). They are caring and compassionate! I will finally have my smile back!

I picked this dentist on a recommendation from a friend. They are great about checking what is covered by your insurance and being very clear about costs if you ask. They had a sit-down with me about getting my wisdom teeth removed and were helpful when explaining things like why they recommend I get all 4 removed and when. They are patient with flossing my tight teeth and explain how I should be flossing with demonstration. Very thorough and as much as I used to hate the dentist, I'm really happy with this place.

My dentist was Phenomenal!!! I called in and they were able to squeeze me in for some work while I was on travel. They got me in really quick and I was able to get the work done. The doctor she was so friendly and went over everything with me and offer to even provide Clinic the next time I was in the area. Normally I'm scared and terrified of the dentist but I was able to fall asleep in the chair while this dental work was done I couldn't believe it
