Tried this place since I was staying alone in the hotel for business and didn't really want to venture out. I was the second one in the restaurant when they opened and I sat at the bar. A gentlemen took my order for a drink and appetizer, then I never saw him again. Finally, 10 minutes later, after quite a few people came in and we're at tables and the bar, a young bartender comes and cheerfully walks past me to the party next to me and apologizes for being "too busy with my job" and takes their orders. I'm thinking, maybe she knows I ordered already. No, she had no idea

This place does not clearly advertise what you'll be paying as far as food to your room. The menu's fine print states a $3 dollar fee to have the food brought to your room which was absolutely fine with me. The food then took over an hour and half to be ready and was followed by an "auto gratuity" charge of 8 dollars that was NOT mentioned or stated it would be included anywhere on the menu or anywhere in this hotel. I was super unsatisfied with the customer service as they said "it is what it is" and did nothing to resolve my inconvenience. The customer NEEDS to be

This is a pretty decent hotel restaurant. I really liked the service and my waitress, Teresa. She was friendly and very attentive. The food was okay. I ordered this fettucini chicken pasta with spinach, mushrooms and caramelized onions. I give the food a 6/10. I would've given it a higher score, but there was a lot of onions infused with the pasta. In the end, I couldn't finish it because it was mostly onions. Other than that, the service is good.

Went to Bite just for the convenience as we were staying in the hotel. The restaurant itself looks sad and outdated. Aside from one other person, my husband and I were the only people in the restaurant. We sat at the bar and the bartender took our drink orders. Had to wait a good 10 minutes or more for her to come back to take our food orders as she was engrossed in a conversation with another staff member. I ordered the burger with mushroom and guryere and husband had the Cuban sandwich as it was a "must try" on the menu. While neither was bad, it definitely wasn't anything special

Husband and I had dinner here last night as part of Yelp Restaurant week. We wanted to try a place we hadn't been to before (though as I realized once we arrived, I HAD been in that space before - I remember going to Angel's Diner & Bakery in the 90s! The restaurant is completely redone since that time and looks very nice). We were glad to have an option for free self-parking and not be forced to valet. When you go in, you seat yourself. There was no wait for us on a Tuesday night.
Food (Grilled Chicken Sandwich and fries; Ribeye with mashed potatoes and house salad) was pretty good

As hotel restaurants go, this one is above average. The atmosphere is pretty cool, relaxing, and very friendly. The food is exceptionally good. I enjoyed the crab dip as an appetizer and tasty steak as my entree. Oh, and don;t forget the wine, hence the name. A lot of fine choices to pick from. I would recommend Bite Bitro & Wine Bar!

Expensive and food was crappy. I ordered the Turkey BLT. The turkey was slimy, the bread tasted burnt and the french fries had no salt. The staff was very nice, but some
one please tell the chef what salt is and how to use it. My meal LOOKED delicious, but it was a DISSAPOINTMENT. The bacon tasted like grease and the bread a bitter burnt taste, so if I had to guess-- my sandwhich was cooked on a dirty pan with old grease or leftover food. The pink lemonade was too watered down, and the coffee was old (I was a barista so i know the taste of coffee when its been out for over 2 hours). For the sandwhich

They are under new management and were totally unaware of the check in voucher but they were still more than happy to honor it. The manager was very pleasant about it.
The food is hotel food, simple menu, exactly what you would expect and good. This isn't the sorta place I would make a trip specifically for but I am more than happy to eat there when I stay there (which has been a few times) and the food is avocet average for hotel fare.
All the bartenders have been very, very friendly and the manager was great about the coupon despite it being something from older management.

There are lots of reasons for eating at a hotel restaurant-
1. You received some kind of coupon/discount at check-in.
2. The heavens are opening up outside and you don't want to drown.
3. It's 127 degrees outside and baking is not your idea of fun.
4. You're at a hotel meeting and just have a little time.
5. The food is great.
Wait a minute! What? The food is great? How can that be?
Yup, it's true. Some hotel restaurants can be seriously good; especially if it's an upscale property and this is a good example. I visited twice. The first time on day #1 for an afternoon

I didn't expect much from the hotel restaurant but was pleasantly surprised. Great service and a quiet place to wind down from the day. Christina took great care of us, was super professional and responsive, and remembered every detail of our order from the day before. Had a great experience. Totally beats trying to find a restaurant around town. This place does this trick.
