Stayed here back in 2010 when our flight back to the UK was cancelled due to the volcano eruption in Iceland.
I remember the hotel very well. There were fantastic views, being connected to the shopping mall was fantastic, the staff were super friendly and the rooms were immaculate. I look forward to coming back in the future!

I would have to say a 5! Honestly. I was skeptical at first for sure. But nope, all I really have to "complain" about is stupid little personal things.. first off, hotel staff was awesome. Hotel rooms were EXTREMELY CLEAN! For sure!! I did my normal "hotel room check" upon entering. And I tell you, clean! Not even dust on the lights or base boards, etc. I was very pleased! Luckily I didn't have to pay the "full price" for the room which made this stay even Mo Betta! 😅. (Due to the discounts for vets, first responders, education, etc they have 😉).. I felt this entire place was very elegant

I am actually posting this with respect to the customer service/front desk/management of The Florida Hotel & Conference Center. I was experiencing issues and concerns on my end with respect to a reservation booking I made for this week. However, after speaking with Jasmin at the front desk and the manager Casey, they were able to assist me quickly and professionally! It is nice to know there is still this level of customer service out there!

I use to love this hotel but this time was not there best. First told us the restaurant will be open till 1am. We arrived at 11:45pm and it was closed. No room service available so we didn't get to eat because everything else was close. We ask earlier to see if we have to bring food and we didn't because if it. Second the room we got got garbage on the drawers. Nobody clean that so in a pandemic THAT cause us worry for our health. We got some pictures to show them and they change our room. We though that was the last issue but no. We try to rest and later I went to the bathroom when I saw my black

We had a nice stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a bit odd though. It is conveniently attached to the mall, but inconveniently it is behind the mall. With parks in the area closing at 10, and the mall and all restaurants in the hotel also closing at 10 it is kind of hard to get around by foot to find anything to eat. I would still recommend it as a place for a comfy night's sleep though.

Recently experienced the 100 millionaires summit at this place. It was great, I love that you walk directly into the mall from the hotel. The service was great, I didn’t stay in the hotel but the mid concierge service was super friendly. One of their staff members gave me a water bottle when I was dying of thirst in the middle of the hot day! I would’ve rated it five stars except a few times I went into the restroom is was not always clean. Outside of that the people were kind and the hotel had a bunch to offer

Really nice experience. Pet friendly. Not much of a view, but didn't come for the view. Clean and comfortable room. Very busy hotel, best to check in early in the day than 7 or later. They were fast and efficient though and it didn't take long to check in. Gated parking lot takes a key card to open so you have to check in first. Overflow parking lot doesn't have a secured parking gate so try to get into the secured parking.plenty of towels and such. Highly recommend.

The staff were amazing and so accommodating to our group of 120 for the entirety of the week. Excellent amenities, service and professional, courteous staff providing personalized service. Our Florida Hotel rep… Karen Hodges did an amazing job working with my coordinator to put together a great experience for my trainers. Well done!
