After a Complete Fitness evaluation you will receive a 4-8 week program design with weekly check ins and minimum 2 facetime or zoom sessions per week. Jayson (JC) is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Movements Systems Level 1 Coach, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He began personal training out of a love for coaching children's sports and running performance camps.

Weight Loss is mainly a result of a caloric deficit. If you spend more energy than you put in your body you Will Lose weight. The key factor is planning your meals and controlling your portions. Dieting is a quick fix that usually doesn't last. I recommend eating well balanced nutritional meals and exercising on a regular basis in order to lose the weight and Keep It Off.
My mission is to provide motivation, support, and guidance to my clients on their fitness journey. I encourage not only a healthy body, but a healthy mind and life-ensuring that fitness is a way of life. My programs are customized to my client's unique goals/challenges, encompassing a fusion of different training styles-including yoga, crossfit, boxing, circuit training, and traditional weightlifting.
