This was the most beautiful/extravagant hotel I have ever stayed in. The valet staff was amazing. The rest of the staff was amazing. Service was awesome. The app made everything so easy. Checking in/out. The view was outstanding. Would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning here many times in the future !

I had a wonderful stay at the LondonHouse. The room was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. The staff makes the stay even better. They we very accommodating and willing to help me with whatever I needed to improve my stay. The valet are easy to contact and get your car within a timely manner. I could text or call and within 10 min my car would be warm and ready for me! On top of it all are the wonderful options for food or drinks. The rooftop bar is a must stop with wonderful cocktails and an even better view! Will hopefully stay again when I get the chance!

I had a great stay at LondonHouse! The staff were very accommodating, allowed me to have an early check in. My spa appointment, dinner at Ocean Prime, drinks at the rooftop bar and breakfast the next morning we're all great. I had great service from the moment I checked in all the way down to valet at checkout. I'll always stay here when I'm in the city.

What an excellent place to stay! The location at the river front and in the middle of so many shopping and dinning experiences - I can't say how great this place was to stay for the holidays. The staff were amazing - always happy and quick with an encouraging salutation. Always happy to help and ready to point you in the right direction.

I stayed at the hotel in September and booked a really good deal. When checking in, I was offered to upgrade my room to a room with the view of the river for a very reasonable price. Check-in was smooth and easy and a crib was brought up immediately for our family.

Overall this hotel was extraordinary. The location was so accessible we could walk to pretty much anywhere we wanted to see. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and Ocean Prime was spectacular.
Only reason for four stars versus five is that the bedroom was on the smaller side (we were there 3 nights)and would have loved to have a bathtub.
Wish I could have seen the rooftop bar. Sadly two of the three days rooftop was closed due to inclement weather

Amazing rooms, great service, multiple restaurants and bars either in the hotel or within walking distance. Got free drink vouchers for our stay to use at the lobby bar. Bartenders were attentive and made some damn good old fashioned. Beds were comfortable and a great shower. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

The entrance way upon arrival was clean and satisfying. The Valet gave us immediate service and more than one of them approached us to ensure our arrival was fantastic! Checking in online was such a breeze that we were impressed not to have to approach the front desk but go directly to our room!

There seems to be alot of mixed reviews of the spot, but our experience was ok. We did a quick weekend trip to Chicago and stayed at London House. I thought the views from the room were amazing, but the view from LH rooftop was breathtaking. Because we were guests, we were told we did not have to make a reservation to go up. It felt like VIP treatment for sure. If the wind picks up, I was told only inside service was available but we lucked out with outside seating. You do have a limited time once you are seated.

Why visit the 360 deck when you can come here! Came here on a Sat night and surprisingly it was not at all busy. I'm not from here, so that was great plus for me and my group. There is a first level with a bar and lounge area and you proceed up the stairs to the roof top or take the elevator. The roof top also has their own bar, a fire pit and most importantly, breathtaking views of the lovely city!

As a tourist, I had been looking forward to coming here for weeks. The reservations fill up so far in advance, so we felt lucky to have snagged one, especially outdoors, during our trip to celebrate my husband's birthday.

We made reservations a while in advance, so getting a table was no problem. The only thing nice about this place is the view, that's all the positive things I can really say about it. The waitress took several minutes to greet us after sitting, and instead of greeting us she just said, "do you guys have like a time card or did you just wander in?" Glad to see this bar's rating accurately matches my experience here. The biggest thing I will say - why is your staff so RUDE???? I didn't have a pleasant experience with a single employee. They all had the dirtiest looks on their faces and looked SO put out that we were even asking if a table was available. Bartenders were not friendly.

My friend and I came to check out the rooftop on a Sunday afternoon around 1 PM. The rooftop was packed but the hostess was kind enough to let us just stand around the bar after putting our name on the list and waited for it to be called.
The view from the rooftop was absolutely wonderful and it was nice to enjoy it on such a great day.

I decided to try this rooftop because of all the hype. At this place, you are paying for the view - it is SPECTACULAR, especially if you go to see the sunset. However, the drinks are expensive and the service is seriously lacking. Every person we encountered who worked there gave us attitude or ignored us. I understand that they are busy and probably overwhelmed, but management should probably hire more staff to avoid the unpleasant customer service.
Overall, nice spot for some beautiful shots of the Chicago skyline but don't expect much in terms of service.

Great location on Riverwalk for sunset views in the city. But, oh my, the price of those drinks! They were delicious, and very boozy, but way overpriced even for downtown.
It was so early on a Friday evening, so the rooftop wasn't too packed yet. Bartender was all business, never cracked a smile: just made the drinks. When we said we wanted to split the tab, paid no attention and just ran up all on one.

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews of LH Rooftop. I actually had a pretty good time when I visited. My husband and I stopped by dinner just to grab a drink and get a view of Chicago - the view of the river from LH Rooftop is unbelievable beautiful.
For a Saturday night, the line to get up to the bar wasn't too bad... maybe 20-30 minutes or so. Once you're at the rooftop, however, the line at the bar is pretty long. We probably waited for over half an hour trying to order drinks, but it was worth the wait. Both the Melon Spritz and the Old Fashioned were delicious!

I was kinda skeptical about the Chilaquiles but it turned out really good since it has lots of flavorful spices! I really loved my dish and the ambiance in LH Bar. My only obstacle is the confusion in communicating the design between the bar and the rooftop patio ... if you are in the bar and want to have city views you need to walk to another area outside of the bar and there is a separate place where you can eat and enjoy city views at the same time.
It was just that confusion from the the website and the phone numbers are put into the hotel's desk so it felt like a time consuming maze
