Services
Physical therapists are highly educated licensed individuals who help you recover from injury, pain and dysfunction. They evaluate, diagnosis and treat orthopaedic conditions that impact your daily living. Our philosophy at JVB PT is simple, we want you to get better. You should start seeing improvements within your first couple of visits; if not, we change our approach.
By isolating the "tight" spot of a muscle (trigger point), we are able to use a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate the underlying dysfunction. This technique is used to treat dysfunctions in skeletal muscle, fascia and connective tissue thereby diminishing pain.
Dry Needling can be used for an array of diagnoses, and is a great tool in helping: decrease pain and disability, improving range of motion and facilitating a return to full function.Dry Needling has also been shown to help decrease scar tissue, improve scar mobility and improve mobility. At JVB PT, we pride ourselves on one-on-one treatments, which enables us to perform adequate manual treatment each session.

I was diagnosed with chronic headache 35+ yrs ago and for treatment have seen multiple neurologist, physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapist. I received no relief from medication and I have had little relief from therapy. The dry needling procedure preformed at JVPT has changed my life. Along with lifestyle changes I made 10 yrs ago, this has given me so much relief. I can’t imagine my life without it. It’s a unique experience that deserves so much recognition for what it is capable of doing. Anyone with chronic muscle pain should give this a try. Thank you so much Jamie !

As an adult, you look for the most convenient & cost effective place disregarding quality, but when it comes to your 10 year old child you look for the best. Jamie took such great care of my 10 year old that he looked forward to his next appointment, great care comes from passionate providers & Jamie is the best!

I have visited Jaime more recently for both cervical and lumbar related symptoms, both of which she has helped me with tremendously, from day one! It is very apparent that Jaime has a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding both patient diagnosis and treatment (particularly my spondylolisthesis); extensive training with her manual certifications; as well as overall clinical experience, making her a very well-rounded clinician.
