I have known the Kondos family for many years. Until recently, I never had the situation arise where I would need legal advice on an auto accident. I was jogging one morning when a fierce pit bull appeared from nowhere and threw me to the ground. I fought back but couldn't managed and suffered several bites to my face, hands and abdomen. I was subsequently rescued by a man who claimed to be the owner. He immediately picked me up and took me to the hospital where I received medical attention and was kept for seven days after which I was sent home in pain and great discomfort. I was unable to work for one month. When I approached the gentleman to seek compensation for my downtime, he refused claiming that he had done his part.

Two months back I had a minor slip and fall at a reputable company or at least that's what I thought. The company recently ruled their floors and for whatever reason they finished wiping the floor and forgot to put up the wet floor signs. I entered the office oblivious to the condition and slipped.

I was very jolly one bright Saturday morning shopping for my husband's birthday until a Janitor of a popular store decided to mop the floor without putting out the wet floor sign. All went downhill when I slipped and broke my ankle. I subsequently contacted Daniel Kondos Office. He took my case and sued the company.
