Dr. Bell at Marketplace Smiles is not contracted with any dental insurance companies. We are happy to file claims and accept assignment from your dental insurance but we will be filing to the "Out of Network" portion of the benefits. Ultimately the patient is responsible for the difference between what the insurance pays and what our fee may be for the service.
