I was skeptical...but now I'm a believer. Not only do I now have a leak free roof, a good looking roof, but also a roof that is going to pay for itself because it cut my electric bill in HALF. Eric said it would be more efficient, but I never thought this economical. From $590 in March to $310 in April...and April was a hotter month! Anyone that is curious feel free to call me.

Extremely pleased with Thunder Bay's work. Erik, came out to evaluate my roofing situation
(broken tiles) took pictures and showed me all the problem areas as well as their solutions. Unfortunately, the company that manufactured my tile had gone out of business so he was able to locate similar ones and put them in an inconspicuous place and move several original tiles onto the front of my roof and they matched perfectly.
The estimate was fair and the work was performed timely wiyhout interuption to my daily activities. Highly recommend.

Erik Williams of ThunderBay Roofing is the ultimate professional when it comes to roofing. He takes photos and explains everything so you can understand the problems with your roof and how he intends to correct them.
