We are conveniently located in the downtown directly on the beach, next to Rockport's shops and restaurants and 200 yards from the acclaimed Shalin Liu Performance Center. All rooms have oceanfront decks with 100% views of Front Beach and the harbor. Nine of our twenty five rooms have fully equipped efficiency kitchens and comfortable dining areas.
All rooms have the same great view, with private balconies overlooking Sandy Bay harbor. All are equipped with full bath, refrigerator, air conditioner, microwave, hair-dryer, WiFi, coffee pot, cable TV and include 1 car parking per room. Nine rooms are Oceanfront Efficiencies with fully equipped kitchens.
An advance deposit of 50% of your entire stay or 100% for a one night stay, is required by credit card before reservations are confirmed. Upon cancellation outside of 14 days, your deposit will be refunded less $50.00 per room cancellation charge or 100% of the deposit can be applied toward a future reservation.
