Our journey into the hospitality industry started one fateful weekend, years ago, when we decided to take a trip up to the Mount Washington Valley in New Hampshire. We were excited to test out a new service, Homeaway (AirBnB was just a twinkle in Joe Gebbia's eye), and stay at someone's ski condo. Stay at a stranger's condo.

Just all around a great experience! Perfect location, within walking distance to downtown Rockport. The inn itself is decorated beautifully and homey. Though the building was built in 1851, they have updated it to the perfect mix of keeping the old New England style feel with updated amenities. The bed alone was perfection. Marshall the owner was so attentive, and loved waking up everyone morning to a breakfast of my choosing. Definitely will be back!

Such a perfect stay! Marshall was warm and inviting and the room was so cozy and perfect! Breakfast club was the bees knees, really the coolest idea and it was so perfect! So accommodating and inviting. The AC is the place to be 👌👌👌👌 We can’t wait to plan our Rockport visit next year and stay at The Addison Choate!

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure to be a guest at the Addison Choate Boutique Hotel for two nights! Our room was perfect and the bed was THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! In room coffee, fridge, well appointed bathroom.. and of course .. wifi and Apple TV! Marshal greeted us at check in and welcomed us graciously. We enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast in the morning and off we went. Location.. perfect! A short walk to downtown restaurants and shops and beaches!
