I write this on behalf of Ron Aslam, my law associate for many years. When Ron completed his term as Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney, I invited him to join me and several others in the practice of law. Ron Aslam knows his stuff. Ron diligently worked for me on a dui case. I was confident in Ron to smartly research my case, advise me of options, and litigate my case the way WE decided.
Clay Kennedy is from Lexington and moved to Louisville in 2008. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, B.A. in Sociology, and the Brandeis School of Law. After graduating from law school, Clay started at the Louisville Metro Public Defender's office. While working as a public defender, he represented clients every day charged with crimes ranging from traffic tickets to Murder.
John Swain graduated from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2005. During law school, John clerked for Justice Martin E. Johnstone of the Supreme Court of Kentucky. After passing the bar exam, John worked as an elbow clerk for Judge R.W. Dyche III of the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
Ron Aslam is the owner/founder of Ron Aslam Law. Ron currently serves in a consulting role with the firm. Ron reviews discovery (the opposing party's evidence), crafts motions, and provides a second set of eyes to our lawyers. I’m so thankful that someone referred me to Ron Aslam! I research several attorneys that were recommended to me and it was very apparent that Mr Aslam was the best attorney by far. Although our situation was very serious and my husband had just suffered a stroke Ron responded to our case with empathy and patience.
