This is probably the hardest review I've ever written because Murphy & Associates PLC has other entities that work in the same building so this review is strictly for Murphy and associates and if I may say Murphy! Murphy and associates plc were addressing a injury case that I had. But our relationship was cut short due to a unforeseen clash of conflict of interest. So in all fairness I must say that Murphy and associates did respond with the situation quickly and precisely and if I had an opportunity to work with them again in the future I surely would. If I could give this company a rating it would be a complete 0 , I have been dealing with my case for over 21/2 years now and my attorney Keyla has not contacted me not one time to check on my medical updates or even return any of my calls . I have had to be stern with her regarding my medical bills which has also caused more stress on me because I already have a lot going on medically wise with treatments , lose of my babies , and hair loss . I feel as though I have been doing her job while trying to keep it together going to doctors and going through mental breakdowns . I have talked to this

I just want to say that this is one of the best law firms in Louisville Kentucky. When they took on my case they filled me in the whole way through. my case manager Miss Mayra Gonzalez was just amazing, she was just great never felt that I was being left out I was always filled in when needed to be, my calls were always returned in a timely manner. This story is true. I called Murphy Law fand met with Crystal Stack house who introduced herself as Aaron's Murphy's paralegal. She took all of my information and spent a few hours with me since no on had my appointment scheduled in the books. She had me sign many papers making sure I had discontinued with my former lawyer and then I signed a paper saying that Murphy LAw would now represent me. I spent a great deal of time faxing and forwarding as well as hand carrying much information. I told Crystal to be sure to file the appeal in time to not lose my final chance at an appeal she assured
