Neil Roy was born and raised in Birmingham, AL. He obtained his undergraduate degree from nationally ranked Georgetown University, located in Washington D.C. His first job after graduating from college was at the prestigious Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, where he worked for two years before turning his attention to the law.
Neil went to law school at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, graduating in 2005 with a desire to continue the work he did there focusing on public service. So upon graduation, Neil moved to Louisville, KY, and began his career with the Louisville-Jefferson County Public Defender, a nonprofit organization providing zealous advocacy for indigent adults and juveniles accused of crimes.

Myself and my boyfriend had THE BEST experience with Neil P. Roy Attorney at Law! From start to finish we knew we were in good hands! Neil was great to work with ! He was patient with my situation since I live outside of the city! All paperwork was faxed and made it extra convenient. He kept me updated with the process. I could not have asked for a better overall experience or outcome. Neil Roy took care of all of my needs from day 1 of my accident. Answered all of my questions quickly and paitently and allowed me to call or text about anything. He is kind, honest, hard working and easy to talk to.
