Dr. Leroy Howell began practicing in the current location at 102 Western Avenue in 1968.

This jackwagon pulled my teeth and my mouth was not even numb. I opted for anesthesia and woke up in pain crying with him yanking my teeth..DO NOT go there. This is not my first experience with extractions, but it was by far the worst. His license should be revoked. I am calling the dental board this morning to file a complaint.
