Ronnie and his Staff @ Bonita Valley are Excellent! They never give you the round-around and stick by the word and warranty! My 1993 Toyota T100 kept dying on me, after few days of diagnosing, they found the problem. Since the part was covered under 3-yr warranty no charge on parts/labor as they promised!

I went here based on their information for a program that assisted with cars that are not passing smog. My experience was not good at all. Initially, I sat in my car and waited for someone to assist me. Mind you not 1 but 2 mechanics saw me and did not talk to me. After a few mins, I went up to them, and then and only then did they direct me to the office. The office experience was not bad, I left my car there for almost 3 days before finally getting a diagnostic, and when Ivan called to tell me all the things wrong with my car yet not addressing the initial concern of the catalytic converter

Think otherwise before bringing your vehicle here, even if its just for a simple oil change. I made an appointment online a few days ago and when we arrived today, we were told it would take an hour and a half. This was despite the location not busy at that moment. There was only other customer waiting at that time. I think 1.5 hours is rather long to wait WITH an appointment. Anyhow, this is NOT the worse thing we experienced today. When we picked up the vehicle, we noticed the front driver-side bumper was popped out. Upon further inspection, we noticed a scratch and dent in the front. We spoke

I have been going to Bonita Valley Auto for almost 5 years now, and they have always been very reliable and priced right. Andy is one of the best guys there, and he takes the time to do you right. If you need a cheaper price he will work with you. Sometimes cost money to fix and people get an opinion about the mechanic based on the price....
I will continue to bring my vehicles to Bonita Valley Auto.

My son took his perfectly working 2013 vehicle for a routine oil change. Same night he had his oil change he noticed his car was leaking oil. He took it back to get it inspected because he was concerned it could get worse but was told to come back another day or leave the car over night and not guaranteed it was going to be looked at the next day.
He waited a couple more days and took it back for inspection and was told he had a damaged oil pan. He was quoted over $500 for an oil pan replacement. We sourced the oil pan replacement elsewhere for $200. Horrible workmanship, horrible customer

Be warned; do not bring your car for smog here if you had recently had a service A (or really any kind of service requiring that your on-board computers be reset) otherwise it will fail.
First time coming in for serv and right before our service, Ronnie at front desk (whose attention to service is the only reason why this isn't a 1-star review) was kind enough to ask if we had recently changed our battery or if the check engine light was on. I was visiting my dad from Northern California when my car needed to be towed on a Thursday night. Friday I phoned Bonita Valley and spoke to Alyson. She was able to get me in. Ivan Gonzalez was my service advisor. He was very professional and said he would try hard to get my car diagnosed. He did better than that, he got the Mazda part for my car and had it ready by end of day. I was skeptical at first because there was some bad reviews but they are first class. They were responsive, timely and got the job done. If you have any car needs I strongly encourage you to consider taking your car here

I just want to say I am absolutely blown away with their customer service here. Recently my car gave out on me and wouldn't start and Ronnie went above and beyond at repairing my car by after fixing my car, he also gave me a list of recommendations of other things I should get checked out on my car. You already better believe that I will be back to get any and all repairs for my car done here with Ronnie! Thank you so much, I really appreciate everything you did for me!

I was on my way home from work driving on the freeway yesterday when I noticed some white smoke coming from under the hood. I pulled over and called AAA for a tow and the first and only place that I thought of to take my car was Bonita Valley Auto Care. They took great care of me last year when I had all four brake pads and rotors replaced, a spark plug change, and a battery replacement. I left the keys with the female cashier along with the early bird drop off form and went home. Shortly after they opened this morning, I got a call from Ronnie and was promised a call back within two hours

At this location I had brakes put on my car. I dropped my car off at my appointment time 8 am. The had the car all day. I picked the car around 4pm. I gladly payed a premium price, because I was expecting great quality work.
I have had to return twice to have some of the work redone. Not only did it cost me for the parts once again, but it cost me 2 more days without a car.
This place does not offer the AAA workmanship

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so very nice, very accommodating and most of all very honest. Andy and Robbie are awesome. They don't try to up sale you on things you really don't need to fix. They give you options and timelines as to how much time you have until you have to repair something. I highly recommend Bonita Valley Auto Care to anyone that wants that good ole home town honest mechanic. You guys ROCK!!!!!!

Do not come here. These people are dishonest and violate the B.A.R. and C.A.R. laws protecting you as an automotive repair consumer. Brought my car in last week and got a diagnostic+had my coolant temperature sensor replaced because I couldn't get to it. My check engine light was on and Andy advised me to replace my o2 sensor. I did that and brought it back because my catalytic converter wasn't cleared yet, so I asked for a SNAP test on the emissions. They did not do any tests. Also, they don't call you, you have to call them. They said I needed a new catalytic converter which I found odd because
