Finding people that you can trust to work on your car is never an easy task, but the crew at Bonita Point have never let me down. Needed a smog test and certification from a DMV Star Station and the Auto Care responded promptly to my schedule request via email. Upon arrival, I was checked in and checked out within 30 minutes. The flow of the shop runs proficiently to the type of service performed on a vehicle. I noticed this as a observed several patrons dropping off their vehicles for more complicated services. I highly recommend this auto care establishment! Btw, this was my second visit as my prior visit, years prior, was also exemplary.

Had a great experience here. Came for the first time for a warranty-related auto repair issue. They went out of their way to get it done the same day by going and getting the parts rather than waiting for them to be delivered. Throughout my experience, the communication was timely, thorough, and friendly. They gave me all the information, updates, and time/cost estimates I needed to know what was going on with my vehicle. Bonita 76 is a great place to take you car. Once my cooper's warranty was over I went back to taking my car there. I had taken my previous car there. Garry and Laurie are the best. They treat you like family. They are honest and tell you what your car needs and doesn't need. Because of my crazy schedule they are always trying to help me out, and always do their best to get my car to me when they give me a time. If there is ever a problem I know that I can call them my concern and they will be there to hear out and fix anything that could be wrong with my car. I have been taking my car

Do NOT come to this location if you're ready to deal with people who do not honor their word and only look out for their own interests. To start, I went in on Monday to get front and rear brakes and rotors put on my car. I was told it would be done early afternoon. It wasn't, which is fine, but was told by the end of the day it would be done. At the moment, we have one vehicle so I needed it done by the end of the day. First visit was due to a warranty covered event. They were great to work with, young gentleman who helped me was very communicative, seamless transaction all throughout... Finally my warranty expired and needed another job to be done, thought because of my great experience in the past I'd go here again. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix my issue, but pleasantly surprised at their honesty that this was a job they were not comfortable with. I was ready to pay for the diagnostic fee as I understand they took their time to attempt to assess what the issue was, and they waived it! A++

We originally found Bonita Point Auto Care when we needed to get our car's smog check done earlier this year. We were really happy with the service they provided at that time so we decided we'd make the switch from getting our cars serviced at the dealership to now coming here when needed.

I got my propane tanks refilled and Gary helped me out with that process. After talking with him, I had no idea that they do smog checks there. Earlier in the day, I took my 4Runner to get my smog but it failed. I didn't understand why. So after refilling my propane tanks, Gary asked for the keys, hooked up his computer to my vehicle, and explained to me what the problem was. No charge at all. In this day and age, it's good to see that businesses still have excellent customer service. Plus, he's a Navy Veteran so definitely plan on bringing back my cars to him in the future.

Came here for a smog inspection and I like that they take appointments. I could have gone to a much cheaper place, but sometimes it's just too hectic and stressful having to wait. They told me it was going to be about 45 min, which was pretty accurate. They also wrote in the notes to inform me that my coolant was low, and all the little side lights that were out in my car, which I appreciated. Honest and friendly. Brought in my car to have repaired under my extended warranty through CarMax (which carries a deductible). However, I still had 2 months left on my factory warranty, which I had failed to even check, and they advised I go through my dealer to save me the money. I will definitely be going to them for any future repairs and maintenance services.
