We were having issues with our car halfway through our trip and I called around to different local mechanics. These guys were the only ones not fully booked and willing to check out our car. They were kind and looked at our car without charging. They also had a very nice little area for our whole family to sit at, even stuff for the kids! Highly reccomend!

Very fast and friendly service. He even made a joke about my wrecked tire that got me smiling. He was willing to wait while I made phone calls to find a tire center and he drove me all the way across town. I highly recommend this service and would call again in the future.

My husband and I are on a cross country road trip and we are hauling my vehicle. Out of no where our truck was unable to kick into 4th gear. We luckily were right next to Bills towing and recovery. Bill and a young man, Will, helped us as they checked out our vehicle. They were incredibly kind and generous. They went above and beyond and treated us with great hospitality. We are so grateful for them and this place!

Reading reviews that other people had the same situation happen to their car and the same excellent service from Bill's Towing does NOT surprise me at all! My tire blew out on 94. I was terrified on a narrow shoulder.
Why am I bothering with a yelp review? because Bill's towing got there asap and was able to get me a new tire at their shop in a timely way.
I wish I knew if it was Bill. The man who came to my rescue truly led to this review with his calm professionalism in a stressful situation.
5 stars, A+ and a huge thank you.

Please don't ever use this company. Unfortunately, my one year old vehicle had some major electrical issues along the road and I called the warranty road side assistance on 4/16/21. A beautiful spring day on my way to work, I was told 60 minute wait, for a company 14 miles away. After 1 hour and 10 minutes, I called and they told me that the truck was still working at other jobs (WHAT) and it would be 20 more minutes. OK again, but it took another hour to get there (2 hrs total from 14 miles away). The driver was quick and professional. He told me I could leave now as he was about to load up my

I can't say enough good things about Bill's Towing and Auto Repair. My husband and I were traveling from Minneapolis to Milwaukee when our alternator went out in our car. Upon realizing our car was basically running on fumes, we happened to pull off the interstate and park at a gas station across the road from Bill's. We called AAA and in less than half the estimated time given, we were towed and given a ride to Bill's.
We were headed to Milwaukee because we learned the previous day that my husband's father unexpectedly passed away. Everyone at Bill's was so kind

I hit a pothole on I-90 and had a flat in a very dangerous spot. I've changed many flats before, but when the wrench didn't fit the lugs, I was stuck needing help.
AmFam roadside assistance sent out Tim from Bill's.
In a potentially dangerous situation, Bill's towing was there in a flash. Quick to respond and clear communication so I knew when to expect him. He had the spare on in less than 4 minutes and I was underway again.
Really appreciated how they took an uncomfortable situation and made it right quickly and safely.

Saw these guys in my neighborhood recently and observed them assisting a customer with a stranded vehicle. They were extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable in performing their work. One young gentleman opened the car door for the woman so she could get into the vehicle. They also offered to return if they were still having issues with the car. Exceptional service that you don't see a lot in this industry. I higjly recommend this company!

We had a major issue with our travel trailer while driving home from Madison. We happened to exit right next to Bill's, which turned out to be the fortunate part of our unfortunate event. The team at Bill's helped us immediately. They were very friendly, honest, and performed high quality work. The waiting room was very pleasant, with toys for kids and plenty of reading material. While I hope we never need their help again, I would highly recommend them and would definitely return.

We broke down in our RV on a Sunday on I90/94. We were very lucky we found Bills to come and get us! They came and got us as soon as they could. They towed us back to their shop and let us plug up our RV so my husband could stay in it while me, my Mom, my daughter, niece and a dog had to stay in the hotel across the street. They had us fixed and repaired by lunch the next day. We were fortunate that it was an ac pump that busted and shredded our serpentine belt. Very lucky once again to have found Bills!!!
