The year of 1992, was the very beginning of Graham's Auto & Truck founded by Graham Counihan. In March of 1995, the doors were opened in Poynette, WI and the business was again expanded in the year 2000, giving the shop six full-service bays. Over the years we have continued to grow into two locations serving both Dane County and Columbia County with all of their auto needs.
Graham's staff are very professional. They diagnosed my vehicle and I no longer have the issue. They over exceeded my expectations for the loaner vehicle and maintained the estimated time for my vehicle repair. Definitely recommend this full service shop! Went in because my TPMS light kept coming on, and I needed an oil change.

We service both independent fleet vehicles without fleet cards as well as fleet vehicles with fleet card programs. We consider a fleet to be three or more vehicles from one company. Bumper to Bumper Repairs and Fleet Preventive Maintenance Services on any make model or size vehicle we service both gas and diesel engines.

Took my car their for an estimate the first time. That time went just fine and Clyde was easy to deal with. I thought the quote was a little high(close to dealer pricing). But overall they did a good job. Second time I went was about six months later for a seperate vehicle and that went not so great. Was told by Nathan that they could get my vehicle in on Monday so I dropped it off on Sunday for Monday. No call on Monday. I figured, you know what, maybe they got busy. So I figured I'd see if they call Tuesday, no big deal. So Holly calls Tuesday to say they can't look at it til Wednesday and have

They had fixed my main cable cord on my alternator. Got my.car back with the issue fixed. BUT..... they had took it apond themselves to take my sound system plug from my battery and replaced it with a factory plug. Which I can no longer hook my sub up. I called and they said they can't help me and or replace that 5 dollar plug. Spent 615.00 and can't get 5 bucks for a part they removed that was NOT the issue

Graham’s Auto has been so great to work with. I’ve used them a few times now and have no reason to look anywhere else. They are professional yet very friendly. They work with you to get the needs of your vehicle met. Very quick inspection and communication about what needs to be fixed. If there is a delay they are quick to communicate that. They offer a complementary vehicle while yours is in the shop if that’s needed. I highly recommend Graham’s Auto!

Dropped my 2012 Highlander off for service of the rear differential. I knew I had a leaking pinion seal, so they had the parts on hand in case needed. Graham’s checked the vent to make sure it wasn’t plugged, and called me to verify that the seal was leaking, and the vent was not the cause. I authorized the pinion R&R and differential fluid change. Their estimate cost came in about $100 less than the Toyota dealer’s estimate. Had a coupon, so got an extra $50 off the $320 cost. That, and they were very professional and prompt at returning my calls.

I had been referred to Graham’s Auto so I was a new customer. They worked me in as soon as they could which was quite soon. Troy or Clyde contacted me with what was discovered and how long it would likely take. They added in a regular maintenance check which was due. This was important as I have a vacation requiring about 1600 + miles round trip coming up and I can feel confident while making that drive.
Everyone involved was really pleasant and professional. And the printed list of all the services/repairs and their cost was really helpful. I’ll definitely be back.
