Terrible service. After 2.5 years Charolette Pinkerton argues with me about reading a house from her.... had to ask her if you are not getting my checks then who is. She finally agreed I did rent from her. Met her end of October to turn in keys. She cleared the house and said expect deposit back at end of Nov. Just got it this week. On 25 Nov she has someone pick up leaves and weeds at house. Takes 125.00 out of my deposit. 25 days after I move out. Called and no one will answer phone. Such a scammer. House was filthy when I moved in and she says we had it professionally cleaned

Charlotte Pinkerton of TPW made an appointment with me so I could view a property that I was absolutely in love with. But upon finding out we were a 5 person family, she emailed me to cancel the viewing because according to her, a 3 bedroom, 1400 sq ft home isn't big enough for a family of 5. This is fair housing violation as well as discrimination and completely unprofessional.
This is also completely asinine. Most 5 person families live in 3 bedroom homes.

TERRIBLE! BEWARE! Brian Harrison (aka TOUGH GUY) is bad news! Watch the youtube link ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0DebsBGGoY&feature=share He managed our property and claimed he did a full background check on a tenant that is currently living in my house for free and refusing to pay rent now for 3 months. The tenant is a felon convicted of domestic violence, kidnapping, assault and battery to name a few. Brian never worked with us and we didn't even know the tenant wasn't paying rent until we noticed the checks weren't coming in. We attempted to make contact with Brian
