100% would NOT recommend. Complete waste of time and unprofessional. They would not sign off on a four point inspection issue even after licensed contract work was done.
This company should not be inspecting homes. They first told my buyer that our roof was “shot” then moments later, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the roof.
Next he wrote on the 4 point inspection the issue he found with the house (which weren’t even issues come to find out.) We paid over $1200 to get the electrical issue fixed by a licensed contractor. Which even the contractor asked why we were replacing the wiring

Was really impressed with the home inspection service provided by Andy of AJM Home Inspections. All the communication ahead of time was easy and professional and Andy was very punctual. He allowed me to follow him around and ask questions as we went. He was very thorough and didn't mind explaining things as he checked the house, including the roof.
He was both friendly and professional and the reports were prepared and delivered ahead of schedule. There were good explanations and photos of everything he examined and anything he thought warranted attention.

We had Andy come out to the home we are buying in Weeki Wachee yesterday. We couldn’t have asked for a better inspector to come out. Andy is very friendly/personable and very thorough with his work. I was very lucky to find Andy. I am new to the area and the first home he inspected turned out not to be the fit for us. He found a few flaws that could not be overlooked but luckily that lead us to the home he just did an inspection on. He was very thorough and informative. Also a really nice genuine guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a trustworthy inspection that is also fairly priced.

Andy was great. He was very personable and willing to answer all my questions without hesitation. I feel he did a very thorough job and provided us with a detailed report within 24 hours. He even did the inspection on Saturday which is very hard to find an inspector to do it on the weekend. He gave us suggestions for things that we could fix or change and he pointed out things that could be a major problem and that we would want to address with the seller. I think he was more than fair. Appreciate the work you did Andy.

I can't say enough good things about AJM Inspections. Andy was very prompt returning my call, took the time to work around my work schedule and called to give me enough time to make it home before he arrived. He was prompt, courteous, professional and took the time to explain exactly what repairs I needed to complete and documentation I would need for the insurance company. On top of that, his prices are the most reasonable around Spring Hill, FL. I will be recommending AJM Inspections to everyone I hear that needs a housing inspection.

We had Andy come out and inspect a home we are in the process of purchasing and were so impressed at what an in depth inspection we received. I've had a few home inspections done over the years and AJM Inspections exceeded my expectations. I got a call from Andy who did the inspection and we spoke in length about his thorough inspection, he gave me advice as to what to put a watch on and how to prioritize fixes. I was happy with the amount of time he was willing to talk through the inspection with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. One thing that impressed me the most was his output, the report was in a very nice and consumable format along with pictures and explanations.
