We hired Sean twice and he is absolutely phenomenal! He is very detailed in his inspection from start to finish! He sends his report back usually the same day. Also if you are present at the inspection he will point things out. If you have any questions or concerns he is a phone call away!

Don’t think twice of getting your inspection done with Sean. It was for a home purchase thus time is critical. He arrived early to start the inspection and walked us through his detailed observations. He is very thorough, very easy to talk to and very open to questions; you’ll never feel shy or uncomfortable. What makes it so much better is that he finished the report the night of when the inspection was completed (with lots of photos and specific details). I found Sean to be a very nice, down to earth, and honest gentleman. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of his field of expertise. I needed an independent inspector for a brand new roof, installed on July 26, 2019.
