Tyler did a thorough and thoughtful inspection of the home we were buying, and I appreciated his respectful personality while explaining it to me. Before reviewing the inspection he asked if I had any particular topics before he went through his findings, which I did, and I appreciate how he placed his priority on my concerns. We had this company come highly recommended to us during our inspection process of the buying our new home. That recommendation was spot on. He was very professional, he was finished at the time he stated he would be so we could go over findings, and had the report to us promptly. Tyler did an amazing job with the inspection. He went into detail about every inch of the house and had pictures of everything pulled up on his computer for us to discuss. He answered all of my questions throughly and gave great advice. He also sent a report to my email with all of his findings on the same day of the inspection. I would 100% recommend Tyler and would definitely use his services again if needed in the future.

Tyler was immaculate, took his time and went through every nook and cranny in my prospect house that I could have wanted. Very thorough in-depth report that is gone over right after completion of his physical inspection so everything is fresh in mind leaving. Emailed me a copy same day of the complete inspection including all the more minor details of said inspection. Courteous and extremely professional, but not the professional that makes you feel uneasy about asking questions. Absolutely will use again in future endeavors and recommending to all who need this service completed and completed

Tyler has done three inspections for me and I highly recommend him and his company. My inspection reports were detailed and very thorough, with photos of problem areas. His reports greatly informed my decisions about buying a home, such as what repairs would have to be done, as well as repairs that would be likely needed in the future. Tyler was very responsive and VERY quick to get the inspections back to me. As mentioned above- he has done several inspections for me, and I would certainly call him again if I needed another inspection! So call him- you won't be disappointed!
