The Shop went above and beyond, they had a new set of tires ready for me way faster than expected and helped me out with replacing a cracked wheel. I don’t live in the area anymore but it’s worth a little drive for a good shop

The Shop Tire & Service Center was able to make room in their busy schedule to install new tires last week. Good timing right before it snowed too. Overall I’m very happy with quick service and great communication I received from Bryan. I would recommend this shop!

At first we were kinda taken back by the price. But then the shop explained it is a pay by the job not the hour. Which is fantastic considering if it would of been by the hour, my price would of definitely increased with all the extra time they put into my jeep. Also they got me in the morning I called which is very rare considering they are always busy! The shop backs their parts and labor for THREE YEARS or 30,000 miles.

Everyone at The Shop was incredibly friendly, informative, and professional. I felt as though they really cared about making sure the job was done right and that I knew what was going on. I also appreciated the fact that I could borrow a car while mine was being worked on; this made my life WAY easier. I will for sure go back to The Shop if I need anything else while living in the area!

We switched to The Shop a year ago for routine oil changes because it was closer than our dealership of 25+ years.
We now use them for everything, and am thrilled not only with how close they are, but how quickly they can get us in for service AND how quickly they get the repairs done.
Just had to have a new radiator installed and they fit me In right away, and had it ready to go the same day. Additionally, they took the time to explain what had happened, that the labor costs would be higher than a typical repair because they had to take the front bumper off, AND showed me pictures of each phase

I had a small leak in my back right tire, on 7-28-2021. I called this business, because it's close to home. I brought my truck in for a small repair. They called me to inform me, that the small leak could not be fixed, and I needed a new tire. No problem! On August 29, 2021, I was driving 55 miles an hour and my tire literally blew up. It also took the fenders on the wheel well off, and bent all the medal by the tire. I called this business the next day (Monday). I brought the blow up tire to the shop. The manager, looked right at the tire, and tried to tell me this was not the tire they sold me

I love The Shop in Elk River. When my husband and I moved to Elk River we were nervous to find a dependable auto shop for our cars. Neighbors recommend The Shop and we have been loyal customers ever since. I really appreciate how thorough they are with inspecting our vehicles and the honest work they do. I also don’t mind hanging out in their lobby as they have comfortable seating, complimentary water/coffee and it’s very clean (see photos). We will continue to use The Shop for our automotive needs.

I had a fair amount of work done to my truck ,ball joint, struts, alignment,some tranny work, they got it done very fast, kept me up to speed on progress,and decently priced,I also liked the fact that they showed me what was messed up and what caused it(not just told me it was bad)
