I was given a price quote to replace my brake pads and rotors, $383 with a $20 off coupon. This was on a Friday. They said that they would have to wait until Monday because they had to order the parts, so they gave me a loaner. After thinking about it for a couple hours I decided to buy the pads and rotors and do it myself. After I got my car back and I started to take the wheels off, I discovered that the lug nuts had been rounded to the point that I had to pound the socket on with a hammer. When I got my car back they never told me there was anything wrong with the lug nuts.

Dropped my son’s Passat off Thursday evening and they had it diagnosed and fixed by lunchtime on Friday. Craig and the techs were very conscientious of keeping it on the economical side of the price with the service, being that the car is older and high mileage with multiple issues. Fixed the main issue we were having and gave recommendations on what to fix next as needed. Would not hesitate to have any of my vehicles serviced at Saints. Thanks guys!!!

Next day appointment for our truck to get tires mounted, balanced and alignment done, when everyone else was at least a week out. Saints is now the only place I will go to an alignment, the steering wheel is dead straight and at almost 337,000 miles I can't believe how tight the steering is not to mention how great it drives! Huge thanks for getting us back on the road!
