DONT USE THIS DAYCARE. This daycare is unsanitary and they do not keep sick kids separate from healthy kids. I paid $1000(fees and tuition) for my kid to go 3 times. He was only there for like a month. He got violently I’ll every time I took him, for at least a week each time. He was at a different daycare before and after this place and he hasn’t been sick once. We contacted owner and never got a response. We were paid up to the date we left and had already paid for the last week when we signed up. They charged us after we told them we would no longer be bringing him. Aside from that, no one

My son started this daycare a month go. He has only been there 3 times because every time we have picked him up he is sick. (No phone calls, no note, no nothing). I’ve missed a months worth of pay and spent hundreds on taking him to instacare with how sick he was every time he went there. He has been to 2 other day cares previously and never came home sick. Their staff don’t wear masks and they don’t even check to make sure people aren’t dropping their sick kids off.
I called to tell them we weren’t going there anymore and that we wanted a refund. The woman I spoke to just kept quoting

Got a call to set up an interview. She made it very clear how much of a rush it was and was not willing to work with any time other than their own which obviously was VERY limited. Lady was rude and based off her rude response, I declined. First time I have ever declined an interview.
For future reference maybe don’t say things like “are you actually looking for a job?” Just because someone’s schedule does not line up with yours for interviewing. Some people have multiple interviews a day plus children to care for. So maybe set aside more than one time a day for interviews.
No one wants

Overall would not recommend. You can skip down to my overview to skip the drama. Pay attention to the reviews here and other platforms in common stating that teachers are nice but owner is a nightmare. My mistake was ignoring that red flag thinking I would never be a victim.
My daughter attended this daycare since she was three months old. The ladies who take care of the infants are super sweet and loving so I always felt comfortable leaving her there. Same thing with the teachers who looked after her when she turned one. Due to the pandemic, parents were not allowed all the way inside so I didn

Did not change my son for a whole day also would not let my other child graduate preschool and has still not given me all his crafts and stuff that he has done. They do not have any curriculum that is special needs friendly as they do not seem to understand children with autism learn differently. When I call the director Chris she did not want to talk to me about it yet email her so she could fix it she can’t fix it I don’t get those moments again. . . There was neglect on there end not changing my son for the day it left him having a rash. Which in my eyes is child abuse! When I asked for

Kids of Camelot is AWESOME! the owner has done such great things with keeping up with Covid19. I know that they are keeping my 5 month old safe seen all employees wearing mask, disinfect areas throughout the day so much i don't get to see but with the little i do see i feel confident in keeping my kids here. Hands down best safe, clean and professional daycare for my baby! thank you!!!

I've always HAD and HAVE a great experience at Kids at Camelot. The facility is ALWAYS SPOTLESS! And the teacher/staff are always hard working and very friendly. Taking care of children is hard enough, and I appreciate everything the teacher have done. The owner and manager bust there but off everyday to make sure everything is compliant with state laws and most importantly that THE CHILDREN ARE SAFE and LOVED. At Kids of Camelot the kids are always well taking care of and most importantly always safe. My children always get the best care, and I am grateful the owner continued to provide excellent

Worst center in the salt lake valley!!! Do not take your children here!!! I walked in and overheard a teacher say she was going to cut a child's fingers off because he kept flipping off kids. We prepaid March when our son never attended and they refused to refund a dime EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLOSED MOST THE MONTH!! the owner is slow as molasses and dense as dirt! You're better off leaving her kids at a homeless shelter then at this center. They don't have only two stars for nothing! Believe what you read this place is garbage it should be shut down

As a parent who has a child going to Kids if Camelot as well as working here Kids of Camelot this daycare is a very clean, loving and awesome daycare. My daughter likes coming here and being with her friends and she loves the teachers, with myself working here I love all the kids in my class and I like working with them and their parents. All in all this is one of the best daycares I have had my kids go to past and present.

This daycare is pretty good so far. My son started this past week. I was so nervous to put him into daycare at first but the ladies in the classrooms are so sweet and amazing with the kids. Everytime I pick up my son he is always ready to go and nothing is ever missing. The security they got going on is a plus too. It puts me more at ease to know that anyone can't just walk into this place and my child is safe and secure.

I do not have children who go here but I do have to say if my kid did go here and your drivers drove them around like I seen today I would never let them go here that crazy driver fallowed me so close down the road every time I stoped at a red light they had to swerve to the side of me to avoid hitting me three times this happened!!! Not to mention while turning left on to 3500 south I took to the center lane ( I was first In line) as did your driver behind me I waited in the lane for a truck to pass and your driver pulled on to the road first making me very close to hitting the side of the van

I would like to add that I DID bring up my issues with the staff, director & assistant director. The response I got was that they would have to check the tapes because they had heard that my child started the fight. THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE. It if very possible that my child did start it. The point is that there were no adults in the room!!! The fight went on long enough for my child to be seriously injured and nobody was in there to stop it. I had several issues there throughout the years that my son went there. I always brought it up with the staff. They never took me seriously. My son refused

I think there is a lot to say for this daycare. With the amount of children that go to this daycare to only see 3 bad reviews is tremendous. 3 parents of over 100 parents that take their kids to this daycare is actually pretty good odds especially over the course of 2 years. I have 4 kids and all of them have gone to this daycare throughout the last 3 years 2 of which have been going since they where infants.

There will always be room to grow and and I believe the majority of the feedback would have been better provided directly to the daycare to assist in improvements. Requesting PCI tapes to

Nicki F and Carrie P, I wish we would have had your reviews before taking our 2 year old son here but as it turns out we started there end of Aug 2016 just prior to your posts. We had the same experience with some of the teachers and most of the classroom aides - non English speaking so no way to communicate effectively about our child's day. Our son was never a fan of the day care experience in any location, but he would cry traumatically at drop off with Kids of Camelot. Pinching? Well, that might explain it!@!& :( I'm really angry right now having been clueless and leaving

The last review sounds very biased. I take both of my children to Kids I have since my oldest was 3 months old and now he is 5. These ladies are wonderful, sweet, fantastic and great they know each kid and call them by name. Both of my sons have come home with bite marks, and the managers do address this with the parents, however, some parents take it the wrong way and freak out. Its also kids will be kids, they will bite and hit. If you work with your kid at home the problem should resolve on its own.My son had separation issues for a few months and would scream and cry it wasn't the teachers

I had 2 kids in Kids of Camelot. They lasted only 3 days. The Director's are a joke. They do not tell you if something happened to my kid that day. The teachers that I had didn't even speak English. So when I asked them about my child they had no idea what I was saying. They left my child outside of the building after they picked him up from school and they wouldn't let me see the camera footage so I could see how long he was alone. They just told me that he was out there 1-2 minutes but they would not show me proof. My baby got bit 6 times in one day and they never said a word about

I would give this no stars whatsoever, but that is not an option. My son went to this daycare when he was two and three years old. He would cry every time I left him there and I thought that's normally what kids do anyway.
Turns out they made all of the kids take a nap if they opened their eyes the workers would pinch them. I wish I would've known about this sooner than later.

Both of my Boys go to Camelot and enjoy it, of course at first kids have separation anxiety. My oldest is 7 and gets bored easily so he says he doesn't want to go on Fridays and my youngest still nurses he is two and crying every day when I leave. But he's OK and I know I can trust the daycare teachers. Management is great always take care of me and make sure I'm happy as well, as my boys. The Review below if from a mother who's Son Bites and attacks other children, my son being one of them Five different times! I have pictures and documents! So hard that is breaks skin and leaves a bruise and

The search is over....BEST daycare in UTAH!! My children have been going to Kids of Camelot for 7 years and you will never meet another group of woman who are as caring and trustworthy as the teachers working here. The facility is always CLEAN and they are always doing fun activities with the children. They need to open more facilities like this one. I Love them! Thank you for 7 WONDERFUL years. -Utahna
