I had my wedding reception here and did not get my $400 security deposit back. I did not see the maintenance checklist when I turned in my contract that was only posted on the website. We didn't know we had to fully clean the place. I had emails confirming my contract, phone calls where I paid what was due and personal interactions where we got the key and returned the key and no one ever mentioned to me the expectations about cleaning the place. My parents looked for a paper describing what needed to be done after the reception, but couldn't find any information. They also said we left the place

Cannon beach's public bathrooms are ADA non-complient. I have filed a complaint with the disability department of justice in wa.d.c.they need to fix this glaring mistake ,or the town will have a suit on their hands. a very upset wheelchair user.

I had the worst experience trying to get my refund. I canceled just in time to get a full refund and they ended up keeping a chunk of my deposit. The person in charge of finances never answers the phone. They waited months and until I got a reply back. Stay away.
