Our reports are very detailed, not the typical "check box kind" and will be ready within 24 hours or less. We create our reports using an innovated software allowing the report to be sent straight to our client via the internet with forwarding capabilities. Our clients, along with their realtor, can create a repair/request list directly from their home inspection report and attach it to the repair addendum form.
