A Home Inspection is an in depth inspection done by a trained and certified professional. Inspections are an evaluation of the overall property and are typically done when buying, selling or refinancing a home. Anyone who is buying or selling a home should have an inspection done by a Certified Inspector.
Sometimes there are costly hidden issues that can't be easily detected (water damage, termites, mold and more). A Certified Inspector has the tools and training to help identify these potential costly issues. I am a realtor and I have recommended Trey to my buyers many times. I highly recommend Trey because his inspections are very thorough and he typically gets them to you the same day.

We proudly provide Home Inspections in East Tennessee and Knox, Roane, Loudon, Anderson, Blount, Monroe, and Sevier Counties. In the fall of 2011 my fianc (now wife) and I purchased our first house. It was a fixer upper that needed some work, but my realtor at the time told me I still needed to get a home inspection.
A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.
Potential buyers will eventually have a home inspection done. As the seller it's better for you to find out what they may find first by having a pre listing inspection performed ahead of time. We proudly support Veterans and Homes For Hero's by providing a discount on our Home Inspection services. Please let us know when requesting your inspection.
Our yearly cabin and home rental inspections are like a form of preventive maintenance. It helps you to identify potential issues or existing issues before they become costly repairs. Although the yearly inspections are not as exhaustive as our Home Inspections for Buyer or Sellers, they do afford a sense of security and the investment cost is lower.
