Everyone can do our workouts regardless of age and current fitness level. The program can be modified for each athlete to help him or her become fitter, stronger and healthier. Our fitness program will get you in shape assuming proper nutrition is maintained. Our workouts are modified to help each person succeed, improve fitness and take daily steps toward a specific goals.
As you become fitter, your workouts will be adjusted to challenge you at your new level. First of all, anything done incorrectly can be dangerous. By going through proper technique at every class, and learning how to properly scale/ adjust workouts and movements, workouts are made safe, while also challenging you.

I was born in Wilmington, but grew up in JoCo. I studied Chiropractic at Life University, where I founded and was president for the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) Club. I am now an assistant instructor for MPI. While studying at. AMANDA FLOWERS, Owner, PT, DPT Dr. Amanda received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in 2008.

I was just going to try CrossFit during Christmas break not thinking I would like CrossFit but loved CrossFit Aestus and CrossFit so much that I find myself looking forward to work day ending to get there. Coach Sam and Coach Brett have been so patient with me, teaching me proper technique and all the CrossFit acronyms. The members at CrossFit Aestus are fabulous and make you feel so welcome!

Sam is the best coach! Motivates & teaches without criticizing. He wants u to be the best u can be because he truly is passionate about fitness. I can say I was very apprehensive about trying xfit but Sam is the only reason I stayed with it. I had previous coaching and could not believe the difference. Give Aestus a try-
