The overall service is poor. The result of being contracted with hospital has been a rapid deterioration in food and service quality. Workers walk off the job. Patients refuse the food. Constant missing food items. Food served on plastic plates or styrofoam. Consistently serving cold food.. Worst of all is this company's refusal to address and correct all issues reported. How do you stay in business??? Perhaps you would be better suited to service the prison system. NOT a hospital.

They are not fair people employees have been fighting on the floor where the patient are in the hospital and it was swept under the rug, they serve half cook food, never have nothing the patient ask for, don't know who idea it was to let them come to Prisma health but it was a bad idea. All the kitchen employees have quit they have no help due to this bad company to prismahealth, please pay attention they mean prismahealth no good, patients food is never on time or sometimes they don't even eat, this has been going on since may 1st2021.

The employees at UC won't even eat the cafeteria's food. It is all grilled processed garbage. In 3 days I tried all of the menu, finding nothing worth eating. Somebody needs to shut down the extremely greedy operations. It took 20 minutes on hold to place the orders, with an accuracy rate of 90% but if it didn't come from like Hersey has the ice cream account, you are eating processed garbage. Bring your own food. I am leaving because I can't afford to lose weight.

I'm an experienced, degreed Covid-19 screener, applying for a position at the hospital I was born at.
Their automated system consistently presented me with six different methods of applying.
I spent approximately 2 weeks applying for the position.

My husband was "hired" by Morrison Healthcare as a Supervisor to run the Au Pain Bon at Prisma in Greenville, SC. First he was told his orientation would be 05/01/21. He left his job because this position was one with more stable hours and benefits. 05/01 rolls around, no calls to tell him where he needs to be. The following Monday he calls HR and they explain that they have to wait on his background check before they can proceed. A few days later his check comes back clean. Now he has to do a drug test and get shots. He does that. It takes another week before the drug test is cleared. HR calls

This review is about the in room Food Delivery service provided at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital. At around 11:45 am my wife called the food delivery number at 5-6802 and she ordered an omelet. Her name and room was confirmed and the person on the phone said that the food would be delivered within 45 minutes. An hour later the food had not been delivered. When both my wife and nurse called back, the person on the phone falsely claimed my wife never placed the order. (In reality my wife had placed an order but the person on the phone lost the order.) The person on the phone would not admit fault

Critical: Quality
I have eaten a number of things from your menu and trust me it is all horrible.....the people that work there are amazing and very helpful but the food is over priced and frankly sucks. Also wondering if you donate to the homeless shelters the food that is left over. Sorry to have to be so blunt.

UK chandler in Lexington, Kentucky deserves a better run kitchen, the staff, managers and supervisors are unprofessional and rude. The food arrives luke warm, diets and condiments for patients are not strictly adhered to. Managers and customer service representatives alike do not follow food safety guidelines. If properly inspected on the bedside table of a patient, you would find food temperatures within the danger zone. I suggest anyone to carry a food thermometer and record the results before eating their food.

We have been dealing with their food service part of the business at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. My dad is on a cardiac/diabetic diet plan with insulin shots so his meals need to be delivered with a great percentage of accuracy. Unfortunately, his first meal had 5 out of 6 items wrong. We were pretty understanding as they corrected the errors. We since have had multiple order errors with the last order having very poor customer service with correcting things. It took 1 1/2 hours to get a missing salad and to correct his fruit bowl order but was treated very very rudely.

Maybe it's the chefs but the food is not good quality food for me. They claim to have healthy foods but they dont. They dont properly cover there food before serving it. They charge a lot of money for what they serve. I try my best not to eat in there cafeteria, there menu are horrible no good selections. I cant speak for anyone else I can only speak for myself and my experience with Morrison here in Houston and surrounding areas.
