Fyi- Make sure you ask for the credential of the person who examines you. The person who saw me (4years ago) as a well non-pregnant female patient was a CPM (certified professional midwife), NOT a CNM (certified nurse midwife), not an RN,not a PA, not a MD/DO, or these specialties' students/trainees. She didn't introduce her name or credentials. I found out later that she's a CPM (certified professional midwife).

I have been a patient here for several years. I received some results awhile back that we have been monitoring every 6 months. I switched primary doctors in June, so I got a new medical group. I called them before I switched to make sure the new medical group was accepted. They said yes. Now comes time for my appt today 12/20., which I have had for months now. I went to this office for 6 months of pregnancy and never saw the same person twice. NOT ONCE DID I SEE THE SAME PERSON. I would call to confirm who my appointment was with, and then would have a different person meeting with me for my appointment. I say person because it wasn't necessarily a doctor-- sometimes a nurse practitioner, sometimes a midwife, rarely a doctor. Literally the worst OBGYN! The staff do not care and are insensitive to your situation. They will schedule you for appointments that you never made and then get mad at you for missing those appointments. Then they will discharge you for "not responding" Well, how am I supposed to know about an appointment that I never made? The girls who make the appointments are rude and always try to make you feel stupid. I hate this place. They take like 2 hours to see you for an appointment even if you get there on time. Before the doctor would get on the call they wanted to collect my co pay which was $90. $90 for someone to give me my OWN medical results. Totally a scam. I went there to get tested on 09/10/2021 and paid out of pocket for the services and was seen by Ladan Ayatollahi CNM.
On 0916/2021 I messaged them through online portal about my results. I was told by Wendy Gutierrez that the results are back, but they can not release them until my appointment, which is on 09/22/2021. They are refusing to release my medical records.
When I told Wendy Gutierrez about my rights, she simply disrespected me and said no, also clearly laughing at my pain and enjoying my vulnerable position

Even if you have an appointment be prepared to wait more than 2 hours for a doctor to see you. I’m not even kidding or exaggerating, you’ll have your appointment set and get there 15 minutes early but it won’t matter you’ll still wait 2 hours - and then when the dr does see you, the whole thing won’t last more than 5 minutes. The dr literally spent maybe 15 seconds listening to my baby’s heart beat and then measured my tummy and that was it. Absolutely awful and I don’t recommend.

Horrible Ultrasound Tech. Does not know how to take pictures. Left very heartbroken and upset at the pictures she printed. I saw a couple of what would have been GORGEOUS shots of our baby on the screen. She totally ignored them and gave us what could easily be mistaken as an alien. ☹

Got referred to this medical group by my primary doctor. I originally was going to PIH for all my medical needs but made an insurance change during my annual enrollment and unfortunately they were out of my network. This institution is by far the worst, and the "care" I have ever received. First they do not provide the basic services under one roof, you're sent on a wild goose chase to get things done at different locations (i.e. bloodwork, ultrasounds, etc.)

I had some serious health issues and they refused to truly look into what was wrong. After being firm with my stance, I asked to get a biopsy done after having it recommend to me at the ER. After making it explicit that a woman be my OBGYN, I received a man on my day of biopsy. (Never was I informed of this before showing up!)

I came here for my second pregnancy, and let me just say this place is great! They are very professional and quick. Once thing I hated with my old gynecologist is the wait 2 hours at times. Not here I'm attended within the first 20 mins of getting there. Dr. A is amazing he is very informative and looks out for the best in his patients. He can be very serious and stand-offish in the beginning but that's just his personality serious. Everyone here is so nice!

I am a high- risk patient when it comes to cancer. My mom and grandmother both had double mastectomies in their forties. Cervical, uterine prostate and skin cancer are also prevalent in my genes, so I get my regular screenings. This place took a month to get an appointment at. The clinic is basic, but clean.
