Providing California developers, contractors, HOAs, landlords, and homeowners with big-firm expertise in a high-touch, small-firm practice since 2013. We're a two-partner duo with 40 years' combined experience in all aspects of real estate law. We work with real estate developers, contractors, HOAs, landlords, and homeowners to solve some of the stickiest real estate law conundrums.
Our hands-on, personal approach has earned us the trust and respect of some of the country's largest developers and hundreds of individual clients. After years of doing law the "corporate" way, we knew there was a better way to serve our clients: stay small. For our clients, that means that when you hire us, you get us.
