Twin Valley Veterinary Hospital
We will be limiting this to a single person wearing a mask, and all other appointments and requests are to remain curbside. When you arrive for your appointment, please call us and a nurse will escort you and your pet inside for their appointment. Thank you so much for your patience, we are very excited to exit this terrible period for all of us.

We are proud to announce that after a great turnout at our open house Twin Valley Veterinary Hospital is open to all. Please stop by anytime for a walk through and to meet our wonderful staff. At TVVH, our goal is to provide an experience that focuses on quality care and good communication. Just like us, each pet is different and their health problems are often complicated.
Services
Quinn and Smith were classmates in veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania. Both graduated in 2009, and were happily married in 2012. During their veterinary careers, they have traveled and worked at veterinary hospitals in Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. After years of practicing veterinary medicine, they felt it was time to take the plunge and start their own practice from scratch in their home town of Elverson.
Preventative Medicine is the reason all of us go to the doctor every year, and it's also the reason we recommend seeing your pet annually. At these visits, we take time to discuss your pet's lifestyle, perform a full physical exam, and discuss the the services we can perform to ensure that your pet has a long, healthy, comfortable life.
Itchy skin or ears is one of the most common reasons why our patients visit the office. Sometimes it's just a sudden hot spot or ear infection, however other times it's a symptom of a greater underlying problem such as food or environmental allergies. Our staff has the knowledge and experience to help treat your pet and discuss all of the different ways we can help manage their skin disease.
Whether our patient is a kitten, a 5lb chihuahua, or a 150lb mastiff, our approach to providing care remains the same. After obtaining a history, performing a physical exam and interpreting appropriate diagnostic tests, your veterinarian will create a therapeutic plan to help your pet recover as quickly as possible.
There are many different tools that veterinarians use to help diagnose and treat your pet. Each of these is different, and each has its benefits and limits. An x-ray is a single two dimensional image that is produced by x-ray radiation. The x-ray machine sends radiation through the patient, and whatever is not blocked or absorbed is passed on and projected onto an x-ray film.

My 5 year old Yorker got hurt when a tree fell through our home. After months waiting for his knee to improve, his Vet checks, the knee didn’t get better, but got worse. I began searching for a Veterinarian who could help my little one, as walking became to painful for him. Calling around to every Vet far and near, we were referred by a local Veterinarian to Twin Valley. The service here, was beyond perfect, friendly, and professional with a wonderful Doctor and staff. I immediately scheduled a visit, and then my pups surgery to have his knee fixed! I highly recommend this Veterinary Surgery

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Jon Smith and Twin Valley Veterinary Hospital. We have had the most incredible experience, not only is Dr. Smith knowledgeable, he is friendly and great with our dogs. He has consistently gone above and beyond what I would have ever anticipated. Our dog has wobblers with a very poor prognosis and he as given so much of his time talking to us and helping us to navigate this situation and providing advice on how to make his last days his best days. He has been so generous kind and caring. In addition, with a new pup in the family he spent a great deal of time talking

There is so much that I like about this practice.
I’ve had many vets throughout the years and this practice is absolutely the best! They are very accessible by phone, to answering all your questions very thorough and caring practice! I bring my two dogs there and I feel that they cannot get better care anywhere else.
Thank you Twin Valley Veterinary hospital for everything you do!

So happy this practice opened in our area! I've been seeking a knowledgeable and affordable vet for a while...FOUND IT! Dr. Smith and Dr. Quinn both take time to explain their findings and what is the best possible treatment for your animals. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We've used a few vets over the years, but I can truly state that this practice is the best experience we've had thus far, and our animals will be life long patients here! Above all else, we trust them!

I'm an in agreement with most posts here. I feel like they actually care about my pets and they are not just another "animal" to charge an office visit. Really, like the attention to detail and the explanations and options every time we have been there. Really good practice that puts the animals first.

We are beyond grateful for their services! Dr. Smith took our case very last minute without hesitation and performed surgery on our girl Rory. He saved her and kept me calm after a very stressful week being bounced around between a few other places. This is a wonderful place that puts your furry family members before a price tag. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

There truly is no comparison to this vet. They are so knowledgeable and explain everything. They never send you into debt with outrageous testing for the small reasons . Today, the doctor was about to go into surgery when I showed up with an emergency. My dog was suddenly lethargic and couldn’t move her back legs I thought she was poisoned. He explained that she most likely had a slipped disc in her back and gave her prednisone and a muscle relaxer. It was only $120. He told me her symptoms were way less serious then they looked. If she had not been able to move at all he would have suggested

My pup and I felt very welcomed and completely at home after our first visit here! Dr. Smith is extremely knowledgeable and down to earth. He explained every little detail of our appointment, making sure we were on the same page. I’ve never had such great service from start to finish anywhere else. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their clientele and the well being of your animal, this is the place to go!
