John and Ferdy did SO much to help my family and I during our time of need. They were professional and helped us recognize each step that needed to be planned for. They were also very compassionate and went SEVERAL extra miles to accommodate our needs. They helped us to feel comfortable in knowing that our father's remains would be respectfully cared for. I would definitely seek them and their help out again in the event of another loss.
