The market in the Black Hills is a tough one, but we felt we had a local advantage by using Jim and June. They were no pressure, very friendly and professional. With years of experience, they have professional and local insight that is worth using a realtor. They helped us in a couple different scenarios, but the most when we went to purchase our house. One little suggestion in our offer was the one little thing that ultimately gave us the edge over others. It seemed so insignificant at the time, but on Jim's suggestion we did it. We couldn't be more pleased. Everything was so smooth during closing

Jim and June helped me sell my house in Hill City within five months of listing it. All during Covid! The rock star team of Jim, June and Alexa at Integrity were WONDERFUL! From the easy to navigate website, the daily search results emailed to us, the invaluable information and assistance every step of the way from offer through closing... we could not have asked for a better experience. We were pretty independent buyers and Jim tailored his agency to our individual needs. Every time we contacted the office for info on a particular property, they answered immediately and with great detail.
