Run!! I worked with Jamie Mclaughlin thru another company she owned called Shine Property Management(that's now been sold). I am the owner of a property that I trusted her and her team in caring for, worst mistake I have made in years. She will lie upfront about all the good she will do then sit back and collect her check while next to no promises are kept. She lacks communication skills and will genuinely ignore all attempts to get ahold of her or her employees. She will then turn a blind eye when the property needs attention or a tenant fails to pay rent. She is extremely dishonest in everything

Jamie and her team were consistent and caring throughout the entire home buying process. She made the whole thing run seamlessly, taking care of so many small details (and big ones) for us. I would recommend her and Kingdom Realty for any buying and selling you might need to do.
