The place is dirty, shabby and old, and the staff have cold faces. To make matters worse, the purpose of my kitten’s visit to the doctor was his eye‘s problem. the doctor gave him two injections without my consent, then asked me do you still need to a treatment for his eyes, What? That was what I brought my kitten there for… I left without gave my kitten treatment. Will not go back.

The customer service is great. The were very helpful with my new pup both visits. Today my pup got vaccinated and he had no idea as to what was going on. The technician did an amazing job with keeping him distracted. He had no idea what was happening. The only reason I gave five stars was because of my mistake not because of their care.

This veterinary clinic is excellent, both in their treatment of pets as well as their owners. When I went in for my first visit with my cat, all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional. The Doctor was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, defined all terminology, and thoroughly reviewed all of our options. She never pressured us or tried to push any unnecessary bloodwork or exams on our cat. She even told us multiple places we could get his prescription, although I opted to get it directly from the clinic. I found this clinic after having terrible experiences
