Born and raised in Maryland, Dr. Ho earned a B.A. in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech in 1984, graduating magna cum laude. In 1988 he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Georgetown University, graduating cum laude. For nearly 30 years, Dr. Ho ran a successful dental practice in McLean, Virginia.
Maryam Ashraghi DDS, is a dentist with 17 years experience in all aspects of dentistry, expert and trainer in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Ashraghi's mission is to provide patients with the same dental care as she would for her family. She aims at addressing patients' main concerns and tailoring the treatment plan based on each individual's need.

I came in alone and absolutely terrified about what my appointment would entail. Besides the clean environment, one of the first things I noticed was how warm, friendly, and inviting the front desk staff was, and they went over insurance/pricing before anything was said and done to make sure you're comfortable. Dr. Ashraghi and the dental assistant (I didn't grab her name but I believe it was Linh based off the pictures on the website) were simply amazing. They walked me through everything before they did anything, and Linh held my hand at one point when she noticed I was a little anxious. Dr.

I was visiting Reston for Thanksgiving and broke a tooth and needed emergency dental care. Expressions and Dr. Han were the answer. Dr. Han and his whole staff were friendly and welcoming and the dental care I received was meticulous, thorough, and of the highest quality. If I lived in the area, Dr. Han would without a doubt be my dentist.

Best dental office in Reston, Northern Virginia! Haven’t been to ye debris in a while and I came in for an emergency because my tooth crack, they took me in , Dr. Ashraghi and the assistant Linh help took care of the problem, came back for the cleaning with Ella and she’s extremely thorough . I had been agonizing about visiting a dentist. It had been a while, however the pain I was going through would not wait for me to grow a pair. So to Google I went. Expressions Dental care was the first dentist that popped up. I called at 1pm, I was sitting in a dentist chair at 3pm. Pain free by 5pm. The team there made a plan a of action to address my dental needs moving forward.

The front desk staff, dental techs, & doctor were very professional and friendly. The doctor explained everything as she examined my teeth. I received a thorough & compassionate cleaning (I have a lot of anxiety from previous experiences at other practices). She took her time, was very understanding, and offered breaks. Dr.Han is really knowledgeable and great hand skills. my daughter had got treatment when she was 6-10years old . My daughter had multiple cavities. He fixed all of my daughter’s problems.

Dr. Han was first and foremost extremely knowledgeable and provided thorough and clear explanations; giving us information about potential outcomes, extent of care needed, and he answered every one of our endless questions patiently!

Dr. Han is a fantastic dentist. He makes sure that you are comfortable each step of the way throughout any procedure. He is funny and makes an uncomfortable situation feel like a walk in the park. I felt so welcome here. I'd recently tried out another dentist in Sterling after getting recommendations but decided to take my xrays to Expressions Dental after my husband had a good experience here - also it's do much closer to us.

I'd gone for two visits - for a cleaning and a follow up to replace an old filling. Dr. Han wasn't available and was helped by Dr. Marc who was friendly and very thorough. My insurance changed so i looked for a dentist in network, found Expression dental care near home so i decided to come here for check up. Prior to coming to this practice i was a patient at Fusion Dental next door and for past 3 years i have been patient there i never received any recommendation other then brush my teeth more gently due to receding gum line. Right after x-ray and cleaning with Dr.Han he recommended about $2000 worth of work, and my portion was about $400. The way he described my condition sounded very alarming and urgent and at that point i decided to proceed with all the work

I have been going to Dr. Han for 2 years and have had several different procedures performed. I have been completely satisfied with all of my dental work ranging from 2 crowns and a root canal to whitening and just regular cleanings. Dr. Han has always talked me through the procedures and was always gentle with giving shots. His staff is very friendly and personable. There have been a few different hygienists but each has always been very nice. If you are in need of dental work, I would recommend him!

I had a new patient appointment with Dr Han in the first quarter of 2016. When I scheduled it, his staff told me to forward my x-rays, but they didn't say it was very important. I forgot to forward them. Before the appointment, his staff called my insurance company to check my coverage. At the appointment, they told me I was eligible for full x-rays. I told them the insurance company made a mistake. I had full x-rays about six months earlier and did not want new x-rays. Dr Han spent a lot of time strenuously arguing for new x-rays.

Excellent overall experience. Most streamlined dental practice I have ever visited. Thorough in every aspect and very informative throughout the entire duration. Nice office. The receptionist was super sweet and helpful. The hygienist was nice, but in her own world. She accidentally anesthetized the wrong side of my mouth and ignored me when I tried to tell her. Dr. Han did a really good job, but was not particularly gentle or friendly. It wasn't a horrible experience, but I won't be returning.

I saw Dr. Han today. The office is clean and the staff amazing. The front desk was very helpful even bringing me estimated costs prior to the procedure. So many offices just stick you with the bill in the end with no prior understanding of costs. The hygienist was very considerate during the X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Han was fantastic. Very detailed and explained everything. This guy has a true passion and it translates into the quality of care he and his staff deliver. I believe I have finally found my dentist!

Simply put, Expressions Dental Care is without question the best dentist I have ever been to. This is not some highfalutin review with no supporting details. There are quantitative and qualitative reasons which I'm happy to list!
Dr. Han - the guy is an expert. So PRECISE! His attention to perfection is among the best I've seen. He repaired a chipped front tooth of mine and the finished product looked literally better than my original teeth! And he's so nice! I really feel like he took pride in his work.

Finally found a dentist that I'm happy with. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Han does a great job explaining everything and has a bunch of cool tech at his disposal. He has your best interest at heart not what's best for his wallet like other dentists. There are a lot of other dental practices much closer to me but I don't mind making the drive. Stopped by yesterday for my routine cleaning... talk about an efficient and friendly operation! The clean, modern facility is inviting... it doesn't look like a dentist's office. Dr. Han also uses the newest in dental technology. Want to see your x-rays? They're digital and you can see them immediately after being taken!

Not impressed. I am an adult and am perfectly comfortable with my teeth. As a child every dentist I visited said I did not need braces, my teeth are perfectly straight, I just have small spaces. As I sat in the chair, the dentist immediately talked to me about "invisalign" and their current whitening techniques. I believe his technique is just fine, but I didn't care for his approach. The staff is very nice though.
