Miranda is very kind-hearted not like some other attorneys. She thought for client's situation and not just try to make the most money out of you. Small claims cases get to the legal conclusion quickly: either the Court agrees that money is owed to a party or not. But then what? Our unique Pick-3 option for small claims cases is your answer to that question. Whether it is just 3 garnishments of wages, or figuring out where someone works, and then garnishing that job 2 times the Pick-3 approach allows flexible options for your case at an fixed rate of $995.
When you have received an injury it can be difficult to know where to turn. You are worried about your health or your family member's health, your employment, your recovery, and a thousand other things. We're here to deal with insurance companies, uninsured motorists, belligerent property owners, and others that are standing in the way of getting you the relief you need.
Once you have a judgment it is natural to ask: now what? We can answer that. This isn't a comprehensive explanation of how to collect, but rather to explain the broad strokes of garnishments. The writ of garnishment discussed here is only for those situations in which an actual judgment has been rendered by a Court.

Took almost $2000 via garnishment from my employer after settling with me on child support in order to get me to drop a contempt hearing because their client was intentionally destroying my relationship with my kids. They continually lie in court and are not honorable people. Avoid like the plague.

I hired Mrs. Baner to assist me in a post divorce mediation situation. While I had initially opened to work through mediation without representation the other party obtained counsel and while I never felt inability to represent myself the handling by legal on the other side made it clear I was not seen as an equal or something to be given respect and open communication. To say that I found Miranda at a very low point would be an understatement. She helped me when I had left my now ex-husband with nothing but our 3 yr old and our stuff. I was a full time college student and could barely afford attorney's fees. She met with me and gave me advice to be able to attend 3 hearings on my own and when I needed full legal representation she was there, no questions asked. She saw how important certain aspects of my parenting plan are and helped me fight for those. Miranda is very knowledgeable about the law and has excellent resources at her disposal, e.g., her attorney husband. Miranda and her team are AMAZING! She’s honest and direct, and no stone is left unturned when it comes to her team and their attention to detail.
